The overall stay was decent. However, there are a few points I'd like to raise. 1. We booked a cottage whoch could have been a bit more presentable from inside. 2. The power backup was questionable as few appliances weren't working due to low backup on the inverter. 3. The food was good, although slightly overpriced. 4. The property owner was polite and himble and attended calls when required but I think having an intercom at the cottage would be appreciated as it located a bit on the outer side of the property and the property is facing the NH and doesn't have a proper main gate.

The homestay was really good, right in between a coffee estate of their own. It's just next to the highway as well. The food was great with good choice of non-vegetarian home made food. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

very good stay. clean and calm place, no other extra activities like camp fire and trecking. if you don't expect those very good place to stay. small mini treck available in estate only. maintainance and staff also very friendly. food was good. overall a very good place to stay.property looks very beautiful ❤️

Pleasant stay in Homestay in terms of cleanliness, good food. Lastly at night few insects are there which need to be addressed. Only the entry to the homestay should be in proper condition as it is still under construction. Rest Dheeraj was nice & humble as a person.

The property is well maintained with lot of greenery around. Location is very approachable right on the highway. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Host gave us complete homely atmosphere. Food was simple home cooked as per our choice veg/non-veg. Overall a good experience!!

Property is located in a place where roads are broken and difficult to reach because of lots of construction happening. From property around 15 km stretch is with broken road and dusty towards sakleshpur. Property in inside is decent, owner is a gentleman and he does try to make stay comfortable.

familyWe stayed in the property in last week of dc 24. This home stay is right on the highway. While coming from bengaluru last 10 km of road is very bad. We were given one cottage and one room which are not adjacent. Its difficult to sleep in the cottage due to sound of very heavy traffic. Dinner served was good and tasty. Other amenities are ok. They should keep tea bags in the room because there are no shops nearby.

The highway stretch near our property was indeed under repair at that time, which has since been completely fixed — the road is now a smooth four-lane concrete route. As our homestay is located along NH75, occasional traffic noise can occur, but we’re taking steps to further minimize it for better guest comfort. We truly appreciate your positive remarks about the food and your helpful suggestion regarding tea bags — this has been noted and implemented for future stays. We found property location from makemytrip app and location is excellent with full of jungle in small hill station of sakleshpur. Service and homemade food provided to us is good to taste and overall the price for 1 night stay is little bit pricey but it's worth staying for 1 night.
