Worst stay smelly room, poor facility

We reached close to 10 pm after making some phone calls to identify the property. After reaching we were shocked to hear we need to pay extra for additional bed in spite of putting the correct headcount. Had to take help to resolve the same. The issue got fixed in 30 minutes or so but had hit the bad tone to start with. Later understood that there was miscommunication. Breakfast was simple but was good. Came out thinking if I would ever take a service apartment going forward, felt stay put in a bedroom all along.

The overall stay was good. We faced problem while check-in apart from that it was fine, the staff is not that cooperative. I would not recommend this property reason being it was not a proper place to stay as expected

It is located in the most prime location of Pune, Koregaon Park, society is very well maintained. Care taker was very helpful and kind

There was no person available to provide a room and I had to wait for a Long time. Cleanliness was ok, no security was there and no proper breakfast. The room was somewhat ok and I won't recommend this place.

Location was very convenient for us. Staff was cooperative, services were prompt, suggestible property to others.

I don't have pic. It was bad experience. I suffered too much. Whatever the mentioned at portal nothing like that. I booked room online, the booking was confirmed, as I reached I didn't get my room. All room we're full, They send me their another property. It was disgusting. Waste of time and money.

Rooms are horribly and so is the service. Washroom stinks and care taker watching Tv and sitting in living room. So no privacy at all. No towels were provide for initial two days. Bed sheet was full with stains and torn. A third class hotel.
