Cost effective and surrounding was good finding apartment is very easy good location

Well furnished residence, finding the place was difficult. No service, but Swiggy etc was easy

The caretaker was every mints he was calling to update my request

Arrangement was good....staff was good....breakfast need to improve....

Beautifully design feels like my own home and homemade food was also good

Car Parking not available very bad experience

Luxury and premium apartment as per my budget all basics amenities has provided,

If you are staying as a couple I don't prefer it. because of lack of privacy

Fake room they give apartment to stay

This is not an gagal home rooms they give apartment

our bkg was showing of 3 rooms but when chkd in we were given 2 rooms in 1 flat on 2nd floor and 1 room on 7th floor which was disappointing.Secondly the Other Guest in the next room was making noise at late night by ringing door bell which was disturbing for us.

There was no reception and any person at gate or no information pass on to society entry gate as it was apartment..I waited almost 30 minutes and when I called on the number which was given on my Whats up msg he talked me with roughly...I think we paid in advanced and your condition is non refundable so this ppl become careless and we don’t have any option so we have to suffer it..think on payment policy ..not good experience....

There is no wash room in the room we have to use a common wash room with 2 or 3 rooms or room quilt is poor

Stayed in an apartment near JB Nagar, Andheri East, and it was an excellent experience! The place was top-quality, clean, and comfortable. The host was prompt in resolving our inquiries, ensuring a smooth stay. The food was delicious and catered to all our needs perfectly. Highly recommended

I booked 30 November 2024 I couldn't find the property address for an hour and no one answered my phone for an hour, Later I got a call from the property that there is a water issue in the room and you should move to our other property , After talking to the travel agent no one gave me a refund, I would recommend other guests to avoid Lux ​​Suite Giggle Home

This property is fraud. I had booked the property near to mumbai airport terminal 2 and when i reached to the property using map provided by makemytrip at midnight. The property caretaker initially didn’t respond to my call. After repeated calls, he attended my phone and when i asked for property booking, he was asking me to go to other location. It was an harassment at midnight.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience using makemytrip. It seems the platform lacks quality control when it comes to listing good properties. Upon checking into our rooms, we found that none of the toilets in our three rooms had working flushes. No communication from the property management was provided on when this would be resolved. Additionally, we had booked our stay with breakfast included, yet when we inquired about breakfast options, the caretaker initially told us it was chargeable. After we clarified, he agreed to include it as per our booking. However, the next morning, we were surprised to find that "breakfast" consisted only of a single serving of poha with one cup of tea. We were then informed that any additional tea or breakfast items would incur extra charges. Overall, the experience did not meet the basic standards one would expect, and i believe makemytrip should improve its quality checks to ensure better customer satisfaction.

It was the worst

We stayed there 2 night with family. The thing what i dislike that two care taker will always roaming around in the apartment which i felt very irritating & uncomfortable as well. The behavior of the care taker is polite but instead of our complementary breakfast we did not have any choice. We had to pay for it. Overall experience was average all together.

I am not check in there, i book this property for lux suite but theyre diverted us to residential apartment with no aminities and also no parking facilities they're denying to giving any animity exualy they mention and denying to return amount, so i am going complain to concern authority against this property
