Actual cost is 2500 per day room cost - make my trip charged me 4000 per day - cheating - this hotel is not deserved for 1500 even

Property is very unhygienic and until you tell them to clean they will not clean it and when we checked in room was stinking with some bad smell and after request all they didn't change the room. washroom was smelling with cigarette smell and cigarette buds where thrown in washroom and bedsheet covers was have some dirty stains on it. there is no phone to call them and every time you need to go down to reception to inform them about this. not a good option for families and couples at all.

I left the premises and I can't stay in such a hotel with my wife where rooms are stinky smelling cigarette smoke

Not hygiene, location also not good. No restaurants and they have charged for breakfast. It’s really first time so disappointing.

The first impression will be horrible when you get a foul small that distracts you at the entrance and in the elevator. This property is located on the fifth floor of the building where one more hotel is also there on the third floor. You will find a Gutkha Spitted on the stairs and I found a mark inside the elevator also. Rooms and the quality - Room was okay but not worth it for this price. however I had paid Rs.2700/night and another Rs.500 for early check-in. The bed sheet wasn't clean. They don't even provide the water bottle for this price where other hotels provide. There wasn't proper hot water in the Bathroom . The only good thing I noticed is the locality and staff. The staff is really good there.

review is very bad. the hotel room doesn't have telephone. the staff was very arrogant, he told to order food from the mobile phone. they charge ₹60 for the bottle which is usually ₹30. the food was bad, we experienced stomach ache. in toilet there was no water. tissues. they didn't provide soap, there was no handwash in washroom. from where we will wash hands. we didn't stay for even 4 hours. there was no cleanliness. at all

i cam for office work they respect your privacy , supportive staff very helfull , neat and clean , ac , tv all working

Firstly after booking room , when I tried to connect with reception, The behaviour was very bad , I didn't like at all , now when entered the room , ac was not working tv was not working , washroom didn't have any soap or handwash, nothing , smell was full of ciggerate, smoke inside, very bad bahdsheet and all , terrible experience
