This Airbnb was disappointing. The area was dirty, and the building entrance was neglected and unwelcoming. The apartment is right next to a laser hair removal clinic, making it feel like it’s inside a commercial building—completely inappropriate for a rental. The bathroom was wet and unclean on arrival. The sink was tiny and dirty. Side tables and drawers were dusty. Half the cupboard was taken up by the host’s storage, leaving us almost no space. Instead of a proper blanket, there was a zipped bed cover, and we had to search the cupboard to find a single blanket. We requested cleaning on day two but were told the maid came and rang the bell—no one did. The room was only cleaned on day three. Checkout was poorly managed. We were called half an hour before, told someone was scheduled for deep cleaning, and asked to leave early. However, at checkout time, another person knocked and said the next guests were waiting—two conflicting stories that don’t make sense. This place needs serious improvements in cleanliness, communication, and professionalism. Not recommended.
