Good Stay
The stay was good and the caretaker was very helpful. But the property needs to be maintained a little,like the lights were not working properly and there were cockroaches in the bathroom.

Terrible Stay
Rooms had cockroaches, after informing to management they showed me different rooms but there were cockroaches everywhere. The staff present was hardly concerned for it, overall cleaning of rooms was not upto the mark. Also, no electric kettle was in the room

Rooms are suffocating. No tea kettle in rooms. No dinner is available. Entrance is slippery on ground floor. Will not recommend for stay this property. Will make early check out only in one day though have made payment of two days.

Comfortable Stay
I had a pleasant stay at Elite Homes Rooms. The staff was polite and very cooperative. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. With a few improvements like adding complimentary breakfast at this price, the experience can be even better. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

Terrible Stay
your hotel dont serve anything and Swiggy / Zomato is not operational due to thunderstorm storm. Normal BAU things like Tea / Water is also not available. worst will never visit again

Average Stay
Property location is ok though the approach roads are narrow on one side and there was cementing work on the stretch. Rooms were compact. The cable was non functional and despite requesting the caretaker multiple times, the same was not recharged. The water was not draining our in the bathroom in room 301. The caretaker expects the guests to refill empty water bottles on their own rather than providing that service. There is no complimentary breakfast at the property.

Pleasant stay, good location
I stayed there for just one night and the stay was pleasant. Location is good, room was neat and clean. Ms Krishna and Mr Anand were very helpful. There was no food available but Swiggy/zomato was allowed so no complaints. It was an apartment in a residential building so it was peaceful with no disturbances at all. Highly recommended for business travellers.
