We had returned from thailand to kochi on 25th midnight, as we had to catch next flight from kochi at around 10. 55 am on 26th, we booked a room at lotus. Firstly on arrival at airport, inspite of repeatedly calling on their property contact number, no response after a long time waiting, they attended and came to pick us up from airport. On reaching hotel it was informed that the ac rooms are under repair since previously 5 days. As i was travel-ling with my parents who are aged above 70years, last minute at around midnight 2 am, we had no option other than to stay in the same hotel. Though we requested to take charges of non ac room. They denied though mistake was from their sad. So i will not recommend this hotel since they didn't even have the courtesy to inform prior that ac is not working though we paid for free cancellation, they charged for 2 rooms. This is how they make money out of customers
