Good enough, but needs improvement, should provide toiletries. Better food is another thing, should make their breakfast and other stuff better. Mostly assamese staff, so will feel more at home.

Except staff behaviour everything was bad, the hotel like toiletries, dental kit, shaving kit, even though they don't have ceiling fan, . location is very far away than market

the foods are little expensive and the location is fine the facilities are fine and the hospitalities were great

I stayed 3 days in month of last May 2025. The staff is so humble and helpful. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Only breakfast and dinner available through room service, but food is good in taste and quantity as well. Highly recommend in budget hotels.

Not satisfied . There was not enough space . Room service was very poor . Yet, their behaviour was nice and welcoming .

It is value for money. It lacks certain amenities but it is expected so I can say if you are looking for budget hotels, you will not be disappointed..

Our stay at Lily Guest House was truly heartwarming. The room was cozy and perfect, and the service exceeded our expectations. The reception staff were incredibly attentive, arranging everything we needed in no time. What touched us the most was their kindness in providing warm milk for our child whenever we asked. It felt like home away from home. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team!

Very well behaved and friendly staffs. Room was big n provided with all the required amenities. Property is 3-4km away from police bazar. Over all the two day stay was comfortable.
