I have booked without a window room it's seriously a terrible stay The room is too tiny and smells all around in .

Stayed here and had a comfortable experience overall. The room was of decent size (Not too big - Not too Small) with clean bedsheets, a comfortable mattress, and a well-maintained bathroom. The staff were polite and responsive. The location is excellent—just a 2-minute walk to Police Bazar. However, our room had no window, which made it a bit sweaty. They do have window rooms, but those are slightly more expensive. Food is available with good sitting area and open bar. Overall, a good budget option in a prime location. Rating: 3/5

This hotel is okay okay type. There is no ac in the rooms. Washroom not cleaned properly.

I had a truly pleasant stay at the property. The location is ideal easily accessible and well-connected to key points of interest. The rooms were spotless, well-appointed, and offered a comfortable environment throughout our visit. What truly stood out, however, was the hospitality. When my mother was feeling a bit unwell and low, the staff went out of their way to bring food directly to our room. This thoughtful gesture meant a lot to us and reflected the care and attention given to guests. The food was delicious, hygienically prepared, and offered a satisfying variety. Overall, the facilities were excellent and the staff courteous and attentive. I would gladly recommend this property to anyone looking for a stay that combines comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality.

Rent is not reasonable as per the size of rooms. To be included more items in the breakfast menu, considering tourists from other states.

We booked at last moment .pos:Location was 5 min walk to police bazar.They have parking space and inhouse restaurant.Food was good with price close to 300 for most of the items.behavoiur of restaurant staffs were execellent.cons-we booked window room but room was very small and photo given here is not matching at all.

Room is damage condition & in the bathroom shower & taped water not coming properly. This room cost should be maximum.

First of all this is not a hotel. Rooms are so small and unhygienic. And there's no windows at all.

It was not so good as there taps were not working properly in washrooms, drinking water was paid after once and there was no iron facilities for clothes.

A neat and clean place, very near to the most happening place in shillong, well mannered staff, good breakfast, smooth check in and check out.
