Location walking distance from police bazar chowk. Trolleys and other heavy luggage may slow down walking. Right Next to Ward's lake. Staff is prompt, responsible and caring. Breakfast is okay if staying for a few days. Not many healthier options. Shillong is more on the expensive side and so are most of its hotels especially in and around police bazar. Chose the room without windows. Okay for me. Might be smaller for others.

Behaviour of staff of this property is very good. Food is not bad. cleanliness is not out of the mark. Facilities are available.

The property's location is good but the room was not as shown in the pictures. Very small in size and it seems filthy because of dampness. When I requested to provide me another room which is at least bigger in size I was told that all of the rooms of this property are of the same size although while checking out I saw a bigger room. I don't know if smaller and comparatively dirty rooms are reserved

Good Staff, location is great it is centrally located and had a great pleasure to stay here.

Place was good but not the best. Bathroom didn’t have any locking mechanism. It smelled a bit bad.

Safe and comfy stay for two women. Clean bathroom, soft spoken staff. Perfect on a budget. Only issue, some worn furniture.

Location was okay just near policebazar, but room was not up to standerd, no window and no opening for air to refresh in room which was given to us

Stayed here and had a comfortable experience overall. The room was of decent size (Not too big - Not too Small) with clean bedsheets, a comfortable mattress, and a well-maintained bathroom. The staff were polite and responsive. The location is excellent—just a 2-minute walk to Police Bazar. However, our room had no window, which made it a bit sweaty. They do have window rooms, but those are slightly more expensive. Food is available with good sitting area and open bar. Overall, a good budget option in a prime location. Rating: 3/5

This hotel is okay okay type. There is no ac in the rooms. Washroom not cleaned properly.

They don’t have proper toiletries. No tea bags . No wifi facilities. But the staff behaved well
