Unhygienic no cleaning dirty rooms dirty laundry not good don't clean the rooms on daily basis as well the rates are two high as compared to whatever the service and the room quality they provide I want recommendous or tell to anyone else location is good but rest all his worst

The location is good. But the accommodation was horrible. Hotel staff was not friendly.

It's been a good experience of staying in Hotel Monsoon. Rooms are good enough along with the bathroom. The quantity and quality of food is good enough according to the price, room service is also good. The things which I feel a little bit odd is the corridoor sometimes smells very bad and sometimes peoples in the hotel (don't know who are they) use to make noise till late night. Except this the hotel is located at a great place. Overall experience is excellent.

room is good but very dirty towel and bedsheets ... specially the bathroom . The kitchen exhaust was on the other side .... the bathroom was full of small insects ..... food was ok ...

it was an online booking to make my trip, although I have paid per day then also they gave me very small room and no ac in any room of the hotel.

We had a pleasant two-day stay at Hotel Monsoon. The rooms were clean and cozy, with all the basic amenities provided. The staff was courteous and always ready to help, making us feel welcome throughout. Its central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions and eateries. A comfortable and convenient choice for a short stay in Shillong!

It was great. Cleanliness and food was great. The ambience was good. Very near to Police Bazar.

Room is small and bathroom also...not satisfactory ....overall expectation is very bad...suggested to avoid this property from MMT

Food was very good, room service is to good. Facilities is ok. I booked the hotel online and my meal charges were not included .They said they won't take the food bill online, I have to pay in cash. I had difficulty making the payment, I had to go to the ATM to withdraw money.
