The most discomfortable stay ever. Very poor maintenance and cleaning.

The atmosphere was calm and quiet, and it was a great experience. We really enjoyed it.

The stay was good and decent . It’s very peaceful to stay in between the plantations. Cozy and comfortable stay..But there is no proper food facilities available. You have to order prior 3-4 hours to get the food ready and that too you will not be having any more options and only ordered food will be available . There are no snacks or any shops near by where you can get atleast Maggie. Be prepared to have some snacks ready or get something from the shops available

Property located inside tea plantation, Service by the staff was wonderful.

This is one of the good example for a good stay converted to worst because of the irresponsible character of the caretaker. The ambience of the stay was good but nothing else. No restaurant, no hot water due to non working of solar which is placed on the backside of the building and no sunlight available there due to shades of trees. One small balcony however not a single chair to sit. No water was available in the morning for daily routine upto 8. 30 am. We enquired about the same but the caretaker told electricity not there to work tel-he motor. They are not ato all bothered to fill the tank before sleep to avoid such issues in the morning. Few days back i called the caretaker to know the availability of food, they have informed that dinner available at the property however we reached there by6 pm they told cook has already gone and we should inform them before 4pm to get the dinner. So please never go for this property if you are with family, for bachelors without any needs suitable this.

The stay was good. Bedsheet were smelly and pillow as well. Only one towel for 2 people. Old property rooms are very small. And if you are paying above 2000k don’t rooms are pretty small. If you are planning in summer they don’t have ac not sure how the weather is there at time of summer or non rainy season. There’s only one chef if he’s sick you are done. 4km away from city center. And if there’s power failure there only invertor so it will run out soon as well. Other wise stay is ok.

Location of the building is the only plus point. The building interiors were in bad shape and very run down. In the 3 days stay never once did they cleaned the rooms for us. Overall disappointed.

Property was at a very nice location some 4km from the city center. It is in the middle of a small tea plantation and the views are very nice. Staff (Mr. Johnson) was very supportive. We were two families and were provided the two rooms on the first floor with an open common living area, which was private to these rooms. It was a nice experience sitting in the open area, enjoying the greenery and rain while having food with family. They provide food at the property but have to inform them well. Service needs improvement. They didn't provide towel in one room. When asked for a towel, they said they would provide but didn't. So we had to use the ones we were carrying, which was a bit inconvenient as it was raining heavily and we had to carry the wet ones back.

Overall great place to stay, easy accessibility to the property since it's on the main road. Food was very tasty. Good service by folks there.

Just wow. Our stay in the resort was awesome. The property is very well maintained. We booked 2 rooms with a private balcony. Our family of three with our pet labrador really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms and balcony have great view. They provide bfast, dinner tea & coffee & the food is so delicious. The staff are very courteous especially mr diyus is very friendly and such a blessing. The stay is worth every penny. Overall if you want a great stay just without a second thought go ahead and book. We would love staying here in all our future visits to vagamon.

It's a pleasant stay. Rooms are good and clean with dignified staffs. We enjoyed the stay in the hotel.

Peaceful location, helpful staff, well maintained cleanliness, good food, good rooms, good wifi connectivity.

Room is average, frequent power cut issues, heater and other electeonics are not working, food is good but expensive, hospitality is also better. Would be better if breakfast is included.

The property is very beautifully located. Rooms are meet and clean. The staffs are very good. Overall it was a nice stay for 2+2 family.
