I stayed at Apartments Lance 21 in Chennai for 3 nights, and my experience was excellent. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making my stay extremely comfortable. The location is convenient, with easy access to the city, yet peaceful enough for rest. The staff was polite and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out. I didn’t try the food service, so I can’t comment on that, but overall the stay was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Chennai and would love to come back again.

overcharged for cab
Highly overcharged for booking a cab to airport (around 5x) . The usual price is 200-300, they charged 1200 .

Excellent Stay
The stay at Lance 21 was excellent. The rooms very wonderful and very clean, well maintained and premium. It was a wonderful stay at the property and the food served as a part of the complimentary breakfast was also very good. Overall an excellent experience on both service and accommodation. Lance 21 continues to be my suggestion to anyone looking for an excellent stay at Chennai.

Location wise Lance is centrally placed, however it's not a full fledged hotel, which it calls out ( full points for that), cleanliness can be better, breakfast management can be better. Aadhaar Card not returned
The rom was average. Water pressure was slow. Response to room services were very poor. Also the forgot to give back our Aadhaar Card Please return the Aadhaar Card with my address Have been asking for more than week and the reception staff is sleeping literally without any action. Such terrible attitude form the Hotel is unacceptable They are not transferring the Call to Manager

Poor Stay
Did not had better arrangement for Breakfast. Did not have good place for having breakfast. Breakfast menu was very much limited. Not worth for spending such high cost.
