The rooms, ambience, facilities are all great. The food is not up to mark. The restaurant has very limited options to choose from and the taste is below average for the money they charge. Family Suite stay Great stay. Neat and clean rooms. Well maintained bathroom. Very near to Ranganathan Street. Breakfast was also good. Could be improved but was good

Well maintained space, i had a good overall experience from staffs to cleanliness everything was perfect.

It was noticed that the employees in the hotel uses the unoccupied guest rooms at night at the hotel which is not a professional practice. Probably the hotel should keep a manager to ensure such incidents doesn't happen

Came for vac appointment to chennai. Had a pleasant stay at ta z kumar inn. Checked in late at night. Front office was very friendly. Room was clean and nice.

Good hotel at good location, food quality for breakfast was also good. But morning 9am they call at room to confirm the checkout time. Why? unnecessary disturbance.

Rooms were clean, we had prompt room service, decent complimentary south-indian breakfast, close to chennai vac.

Rooms and bathroom was clean. Shower was not working properly particularly for hot water, hot water will come for a minute and then gradually stop. One of the towels got a bit stained and hotel wanted us to pay for the towel because as per them the towel is not usable again. I have stayed in lot of hotels in different parts of the world and in india but this is the first time i have come across a hotel who wanted customer to pay for a stain on a towel

Prompt service, rooms are clean, polite staff, market is on walkable distance. Staff understand hindi.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel which is well maintained, the manager allowed an early check in which was very unexpected. The staff behaviour is also very cordial and the morning breakfast also was also very nice with a variety of options.

Good. Food was good. The stay was great. The receptionist and service providing people were patient and great.
