we stayed at property for four nights, ac was making whisling noise intermittently, spoiled our sleep, frequently no water in shower, flush, jetspray.no hot elwater, tv not working.matteress was having uneven surface. breakfast only two variety🥰

good condition hotel. breakfast was good. neat and clean facilities. toilet was also clean.

No cleanliness in bathroom, rooms and cafeteria. Don’t include food if someone is planning to book. Unprofessional staffs.

A/c is not working, and even television is not working. They didn't provide a water bottle. It's just a place to stay for sleep without ac.

Ac not function, tv not working, current off frequently literally every 5-10 minutes power off and on, bed is not good, ants in food, rooms not maintain well, not prefer with families, worst experience, no bath kit, smelly towel.

We have cancel-led the booking. We came back in 1minute once we saw the room. And cancel-led money also not refunded

I have stayed recently in feb 2024 and would suggest no one to book unless u want to waste your money, worst service i have ever seen being in metro never expected such poor service, bathroom sanitation also not good.

The basic amenities are inadequate, with the air conditioning malfunctioning, the fan emitting disruptive noises, and a mosquito infestation posing a problem.

I had paid for 2 nights ( 31/01 to 02/02) and checked in on 01/02 at 6:30am. The receptionist bombarded me with phone calls at 6:30am on 02/01 asking me to checkout. I had a terrible time explaining to them that i had paid for 2 nights but they just won’t listen. Won’t recommend to anyone!

Washroom not clean, tiles were dirty, dranage was stuck-ed, almirah was broken, tv was not working, no telephone was there for reception desk, cheap quality water bottle, leakage on walls. Rush was there in chennai due to exhibition other wise orange inn wale ko k oi kuta b hi nah i puchega.

The building is old. A/c had some problem. The service is average. The cleanliness was satisfactory. Overall experience was average

I booked for two days with breakfast to attend a conference in a near by venue. Food was not provided and when enquired came to know their cook comes only after 8 am 😂, so if you want breakfast wait till he come and cook. Don’t leave for the conference which starts at 8 am, what a joke

The rooms are good for single or double occupancy. Bathrooms needs revamping with new sanitaryware as wash basin was quite old with scratches and small breaks as we see in old ceramic ware. Problem of mosquitoes is there as the hotel is next to a big storm water nallah. Stay wise it is good for a day ot two. The location is interior and the approach road is also not good.

Had a pleasant stay at orange inn. Staff was very polite and accommodating. Didn't try food at the premise, but the room was clean, and the hallway and reception were kept very clean. Did not face any issues during my stay. Thanks to the staff for accommodating my request for early check-in and helping me with charging my phone during my stay. Trip would have been difficult without these things. Overall experience has been good.
