The rooms are small Ac was not working 0 Ventilation. Stafs have said sorry and it's over my life time bad experience. 👎

The stay at laimar suites was very disappointing. We all got itching from the dust and there were stains on the sheet. The property is poorly maintained. We did report it next day morning and the response was not much welcoming. We reached around 3 in the morning so was pretty tired so had to cancel the next day booking as well. I had stayed there long before , used to book on goibibo then , the property was good. I had callec make my trip and registered a complaint but no one called back. Very disapponting

The balcony view was particularly impressive, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The staff were courteous and attentive, ensuring smooth check-in and prompt service. The property’s location is also convenient, with easy access to key attractions in Kochi. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for both leisure and business travelers.

it's just an average one. Do not expect when you select the top category room will be good. No basket,No hagers in wardrobes even though they are not maintaining the basic required amenities in the royal delux room

The property is conveniently located at edappally, making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and transport hubs. It’s close to LULU mall, yet still quiet enough for a relaxing stay. Ample parking was available, and the hotel was easy to locate via Google Maps.

Not convinced staffs approach and rooms are disappointed

Room was too noisy with kitchen sound and though the food was ok, staff at restaurant were not trained well

The experience is really well below expectations - the industry standards. Starting from the parking space itself, it is really cramped and not well organised. The room is really small and is not worth the price we pay for. The pillow and the linen show its age, with small holes in them. Similarly, there is hardly any space to move around. Hot water was not available. The only positive side is the breakfast.

Service is not good, hygiene not maintain. Towels were dirty and smelling. Food wasn’t goood. Staff were very unprofessional.

I recently stayed at Laimar Hotel for three days and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. I had booked an Economy Single Room which was advertised as having a city view, but to my surprise, the room didn’t even have a window. The cleanliness of the room was far below acceptable standards – even the bed felt unclean. Despite the listing mentioning complimentary Wi-Fi, I was never provided access. The room had a TV, but it didn’t come with a remote, rendering it practically useless. Additionally, I was supposed to receive complimentary bottled water daily, but this was only provided after repeatedly asking at the reception — and even then, I had to collect it myself. The reception service was poor, with unresponsive and unhelpful staff, even when I contacted them multiple times regarding basic amenities. Overall, the hotel did not live up to the description or justify the price I paid. The facilities and service were well below expectations.

value for money... neat and clean... friendly staff... its good for family and couples... nice ambience..

Entrance it'self so confusing,,, it's not as per the picture what we see,,, seem it's very expensive maximum price can be 1200/- not more than that

Prime location just in front of Lulu mall Food is very good and at reasonable price. Well behaved staff members. Very pleasant stay

Property Location is ideal. but the rooms are not well maintained. I booked Royal Deluxe room for myself and 2 children. but the room provided was small with Queen size bed. when enquired if all the rooms and bed are of same size, they confirmed the same. So not good for the money paid.

It was a very bad atmosphere.We went to the room through the kitchen door of a hotel. The hotel gave me one liter of water for free for my wife and 2 children. When the water ran out, I went to the room and brought water, but I had to pay cash for that water again. Breakfast is very, very bad. When the cup of tea ran out, the hotel staff went to the next shop to buy a cup of tea. We got a cup of tea after waiting for about half an hour. When we went to have breakfast at 8:30, all the items were gone. When the hotel staff asked, they said that they are making the items and you have to wait again and again. I went to stay at the hotel with two children under the age of six. In the end, I ordered breakfast from Swiggy. Never advise such hotels.

There is no old glory. I used to stay in this hotel every year this time for past 3 years. This time i booked royal deluxe room. I have been given a room in 10th floor with balcony. But no use. The bed is small considering 3 people. The bathroom and room is not well maintained. There is no power plug for kettle. Only 1 plug point in the room for everything. There is no fridge considering the other hotels i'm used to stay in other hotels. No option for hot water for bathing

The room provided was a floor above the last floor accessible by lift, so one had to climb stairs to the top floor. It was a room breathable enough inside, with no counter or table to keep daily necessities. For sheer small size, there is no window either. At the tariff paid by me, much better rooms are available around Cochin area. However, the staff were cordial, room was clean and reception desk did the formalities swiftly. I would advise all not to settle for any room with the series 1001 @ above. My rating therefore is 2 and not 3…
