Review Of La Grace 2BHK Fully Furnished Apartment

A very bad experience. On reaching there the property manager says that they are not responsible for booking and tat it was done by a third party

There was no pool access given to us and also room washroom door have no lock and there were no water for drinking available.

It was very nice stay property is nice and big all the basic facilities available nice option with family

Not a good experience at this 2bhk at la grace resort since this is a private property which is not operated by the resort management. The apartment had multiple issues like ac not working, no wi-fi, no room services etc. And everything else that you would expect from a resort would be denied completely since this was a private property within the resort premises. Overall - poor experience, no service just an apartment to stay which is also very poorly maintained (amenities are below average)

Negative - property was not maintained. Everywhere is spider nets. Ac not working properly. Very low cooling. Darkness is every room cause of small watt bulbs. Tubelight was not working. Common bathroom latch not working properly get stuck in every time. Only 2 water glass available in the property. Cutlery is very less. Dustbin not pickup everyday. Building lift not working properly. Positive- property location is great. Nice view & surrounding area. Pool is also very well maintained. Tree present in everywhere. Nature friendly. Good security.

Trip was good, swimming pool was nice rooms were clean and big enough ac was not as good as it should be power failure thrice in 2 days

The apartment was in good condition. The host was cooperative. Was flexible with the check-in and checkout timings.
