Review Of Kolam Elliots Beach| Rooms & Apartment

The location of this property is excellent but dont expect a view of the sea as the sea front is completely covered with small shops and eateries.

Rooms and bed and bathroom is not as shown in pictures. It is only on beach and near lot eateries else it's not worth price

Positives : near beach, ac is ok, mattress ok, near murugan idli negatives: not value for money, noise, no tv in room, bad fittings and furniture. The reception is poor, the counter people speak only tamil.

Kollam serviced apartments is a nice and homely place with a cosy atmosphere. Service is excellent - mahalakshmi, muthukani, mayadhar made sure that we were well taken care of. The location just opposite the elliots beach is a huge plus. The velankanni church, the asthalakshmi temple are just a few minutes away from the apartment. The rooms were clean and were cleaned every day of our stay between 5 and 12 jun e 23. Amenities were basic but good. Food was also pretty good, nicely prepared by mayadhar. The crockery, utensils were all in decent condition. There are a lot of food options in the vicinity, so no, issues on that count. All in all a pleasant stay and we would readily recommend this place for short term as well as long term stay.

Location is excellent with beach view; neat and fully furnished apartment maintained well. Staff are so cordial, smiling and helping. It gives "feel at home" and "exotic vacation" feeling at the same time. Value for money and good for people loving nature

Location was awesome. Staffs were good and helpfull. Rooms and lenins were clean enough. Wifi was available. Only thing i feel is that price is too high.

It has been a lovely stay at kovalam serviced apartment this past weekend. Clean rooms, continuous drinking water availability. Shared spaces were also clean!

Kolam service apartment is situated right at elliott beach, chennai. The have very efficient staff & the food is very delicious.

Location is not that good, no good ambient surroundings food prepared by jagan (caretaker) was awesome but costly hygiene was superb and awesome safety was superb and awesome

I was on business family tour. Stay at kollam elliott beach is perfect for small family stay. Beach is just cross the roads and lot of eateries on your right and left.

Kollam eliot’s beach is located right across eliot’s beach. They do not have a board and have stated the name of the property near the gate. They have 2 4-bhks and the guests are allotted a room within the same house. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are common spaces for all guests. We stayed in a room with a balcony, which overlooked the beach and it was pleasant to sit there. The property also has a terrace for guest. Breakfast is complimentary and one can get other meals by informing the staff 30 min in advance. A caretaker stays at the property and can speak in hindi. The best part of the property though is it’s location and it very convenient to go to the beach to catch the sunrise or for a walk along the coast.

Great location, beautiful sunrise, wholesome breakfast. I would definitely recommend. Friendly house staff ( who also spoke hindi.

I couldn't find any similar place that has a beach view / terrace access at basant nagar. Hassle free check in and check out. Had a fun weekend.
