I booked this stay but the host mentioned no room available and to take room in another location or else will cancel it. being the night i don't want take risk. I paid money as well. they provided very old rooms. without AC. door lock broken. windows are not closing, drinking water not filled, poor response from the employee and host. it's better not to book.

worst experience as rooms were worst I ask for different room They told me to take different properties with higher cost make a note of such worst properties

It was not that much clean.............................good location easy access to beach also in Neelankarai beach

It was cheapest property near the location i needed to stay. Ac wasn't working, which was fine, but the bedsheets were untidy and pillow was a bit wet of someone's sweat and bathroom were smelly. Its a wonderful property so close to the beach, just the bedsheets and bathroom repelled me from the property, decided to cancel my booking and book some other property.

Day 1 - I told the manager that fan isn’t working and ac isn’t cooling and nothing was done. Day 2 - I bought my own fan and survived on that. Badly maintained apartment. Day 1 - I bought cleaning chemicals and cleaned the toilet since it was like public toilet. Unclean bed sheets and dirty pillows. I continued because my medical facility was very close by and there was none nearby. Cockroaches, lizards all around inside the house. And usually it’s the mosquitoes that bite you but in their case it’s baby spiders who bite you at night. 2 weeks back this property has converted to Oyo so all the 3 hour bookings are prevalent here.

The room was very dirty. No service to clean the room. Bathroom was also very dirty. This house is basically for drinking and partying. All over alcohol smell. Only boys are coming with different girls every time. It not at all recommended for ladies or for family or bachelor.

Very helpful caretaker, rooms could be cleaner. Overall, would recommend if staying for short periods of time

Worst homestay no wifi, no tv, no rooms where cleane no towel no soap if he ask reception will ask u call owner worst hotel bathroom are very dirty. It's not good for family stay

There is no wifi connection, no tv connection, no proper maintenance, bathroom looks ugly without cleaning and not have proper facilities towel soap. If he. Asked reception guy he is asking me to ask owner i don't know y they are keeping this home stay

No proper guidance to reach the location, no name board, tv not working, room boy don't know english, tamil. . Room is ok.

This property is not how it looks in the pictures. It's very bad. It's literally the worst property you can be in.

The rooms were not as shown in pictures. Bedsheets and blankets were smelly. There were cockroaches in room. There was ac but no remote to control temperature. No hot water facility as geyser was not working. Overall bad experience at property.
