Review Of KK GROUP OF RESIDENCY

Service was horrible. Whole night power cut happened multiple number of times. In make my trip it is mentioned breakfast is complementary. However they are charging amount for some foods. I suggest not to visit this place strongly to any person. It is waste of money.

Opportunities for scope for improvement are very much there.

Because of the following 3 reasons i am advising not to opt it. 1. Property is inside and don't have any sign boards to find out. When we try to call the give numbers, some lady picks up and drops the call without answering anything. 2. Person at reception is drunk and very irresponsible. When i questioned him. He says he is been working for 3 days continuous hence he took alcohol. He was smelling alcohol very badly. I was with family and left the premises immediately. 3. The room Shown was has no windows and very small. Directly opens into receptioni suggest not to book this property by mistake also.

Very neat & clean rooms with polite staff.

Booked after seeing pics from mm t listing but when we reached location got to know its regular home style stay not hotel or restaurant. Only stay is there no inhouse cooking facility. Dont book deluxe room, they were very small and dark. In coorg weather room were bit smelly. Free breakfast they will order from hotel in the city.

One point from side is that complementary breakfast should be have enough variety and unlimited like other places

After lot of anticipation shortlisted kk group of residency for accommodation. The property is located in a very accessible and peaceful location of virajpet. The rooms are very spacious, clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. The food served was fresh and satisfactory. Will definitely recommend the place for stay when visiting coorg.
