The hotel was located in a slightly offbeat area, which we didn’t mind, but unfortunately, the basic amenities were missing from the room and washroom. We had to request even the essentials from the caretaker, such as towels and hot water. One of the main reasons we chose this property was the swimming pool, but it was so dirty that we couldn’t even take a dip. The bedsheets had stains, and the room smelled unpleasant every time we entered. We also faced significant difficulties with commuting, which we had to arrange entirely on our own, as there was no assistance from the staff.

Dear Shikha , Based on the room category only amenities will be provided and room to room category varies. The pool is also not operational at all the times we have certain timings for the same, whereas you insisted for many things by booking basic non AC category and demanding for an upgrade and many things.
Don’t go at this hotel as family or friends
Room condition was not good at all as per amount has been charged from us.. in other rooms boys are staying the were drinking and making too much noise...

Since it's a Terrace Pool , Surrounded by tree's and nature , Tree Leaves are Common in Pool and Pool Water is Clean and usable on specific timings. Furthermore We will display the timings of pool for easy convience if guests. Thanks for staying with us.

Dear Amal, You had booked basic category Room Non AC through MakeMyTrip and Charges that needs to pay was mentioned in your Booking Voucher as well , initially you denied to show the same and post demanding the voucher, you After arrival you demanded for Ac and Breakfast as complimentary, as per the booking you don't have any inclusion and everything cannot be given complimentary. You can pay and avail the services that were needed , without balance room supplementary payment room cannot be available and not possible to give complimentary. However even after explaining and told it was not an issue from us and for Online Bookings Services can be availed as per the inclusion only.
Terrible Stay
Only thing is they have swimming pool. Rest of all poor. Even swimming pool was not cleaned enough. Power backup also now working properly. 4am power gone and calling the person as well as reception no answer. After half an hour power backup worked. It was very irresponsible attitude and will not recommend anyone.

Dear Guest , The Booked category were for Non AC Basic , Keeping the Pax Consideration at the time of arrival ,we upgraded you to the the Premium Room. We have Power backup at our property and its working and in use as well and For Swimming Pool usage we have certain timings based on certain timings only we will allow and Based on this we really didn't excepted such review. However we cannot override our policies and cannot be exempted for you, we cater everyone equally and we are providing best services at all the times.

Stay is overpriced for the amount we are paying. Rooms are not clean and the pool is not usable. Parking space is less. Bed bugs also there

Dear Faris, You paid for non AC rooms and demanded for AC upgrade and free breakfast and complimentary tea and coffee , here with the paid amount that is not possible and the pax also 6 were as we had provided you complimentary beds as well for the extra pax. For Denying complimentary things we expect such reviews and if you show one bedbugs means entire amount will be refunded. Please avoid demanding things and enjoy as per your capacity and payment. Not everything we will get Free.

Dear Chaitra, Thanks for your Booking, you are using third party applications for the booking and it contains multiple vendors before the end customer. Moreover we won't sell our AC Premium Rooms at any of the Online portals. Those were sold only offline and for MakeMyTrip bookings we will provide the room as per the booked category only. Based on the Given Listing specifications we have all the amenities at our property.
Excellent Stay
A very beautifully located home stay near cauvery river bank, which has all the necessary amenities available. The food prepared by the in house chef is a must try. The local caretaker mr. Razaq is an awesome person, the best caretaker i have come across. If you visit coorg, i advice to have your stay in this homestay with family.
