best budget stay in coorg nice ambience, neat rooms

we stayed here for just one night. it was extremely comfortable. the bathrooms very super clean, the sheets were clean and the room was well kept. the view from the balcony is just gorgeous. my only concern would be the damp smell and the walls, but I think that's part of living in the hills. Location is very beautiful hill view, facilities like hot water very responsible staff easy to identify the location near to busstand totally wonderful experience

The place was neat and clean, with a beautiful view from the balcony. Ample parking space was available, making it convenient. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The caretaker helped us to check into the room, the facilities provided are good, there's two beds,one tv,one geyser, a cupboard, mirror is a bit old but that's fine,the balcony has a nice view but the tree is interrupting the view a little bit, supermarket n some restaurants are in walkable distance, to reach the stay from mysuru we don't need to go into the town, we can get down from the bus by telling them to stop at Sri Rajarajeshwari temple, Mangaldevi nagar.Overall worth to stay if you are only looking for room to stay at night, though there's no issue for us staying there I recommend people to carry their own key n lock or don't leave any valuable items in the room.

The location was easily accessible and the room was neat and spacious. The view of the small hill was decent not that much hyped in the pics. It's budget friendly and value for money. If you want to be more secure carry one lock with you as they have number lock.

The location is a definite highlight—just 1km from the town center—with beautiful hill views and a peaceful atmosphere, making it a relaxing getaway spot. The staff was polite during check-in, but the follow-up service was lacking. Despite staying for three nights, our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay. Wi-Fi was unavailable, with the staff citing ongoing ISP maintenance, and no food options were offered on-site, which was slightly inconvenient. Overall, it’s a decent choice for budget travelers who value location and scenic views over luxury and extensive services. With better attention to maintenance, regular room cleaning, and improved amenities, this property could offer a much better experience.

It is in a good location and we can easily access autos and buses. From the balcony the view was too good. Clean rooms and toilets. Good for couples and family well.

Location is 2km away from madikeri bus stand. The balcony mountain view room is worth going for at this property. They don't provide food. Basic amenities are only there, nothing special on that front. Their cab service is good, we used for dub-are camp visit and it's comfortabl. One request to property owner is to allow cooking in the kitchen which was not allowed when we went there. It helps a lot for people coming with families (especially kids.

Stay location was not as good as portrayed in the pictures. None of the door locks were working and no caretaker or reception presence near or inside the property. No access to certain areas of the property.
