Disappointing experience
It is definitely not worth 4K stay, pillows were not clean, WiFi was not getting connected to TV and even power backup was not coming in time. There were frequent power failures

coupleProperty is clean, location is center of the town. 24 hours hot water is available which good. Both veg and non veg food is good in spicy returant in 2nd floor. Provided shower gel, shampoo, two bath towel. Bed is very comfortable with 4 pillows. Missing dental kit, shaving kit. Tea bags, sugar pockets were filled while check in the room, we need to ask when we require it next day. Room cleaning and replacing bath towel is need basis and based on request. This hotel is very far away from site seeing like thali kavery, golden temple. Average travel time from madikeri to hotel is 1 hour 30 minutes.

familyGood location one the main road the hygiene is good also staff is good. Beds and washrooms are average space was excellent. Parking can be made better. Check out time some staff should be there

Good option to stay on vacation
Property was very good in the good area everything closely available, staff is also good, rooms are very spacious and cosy and very good interior. Good food was also available and was safe at same time

coupleStay was okie. Room is very spacious and big. Bed sheet was not cleaned properly. Bathroom was not okie, it was having stains. Only one towel provided for 2 people. Restaurant was also okie. Not great. Its on road side, suitable to stay one night while travelling. Parking is available.

Room - is fine Services: No room service; No room boy for any assistance; No lift (stayed in 4th floor), we have to request to switch on lift every time we need it. Area: most places are at least 35 km far; frequent power cuts; No Swiggy like services. Overall poor experience.

Poor Stay
Not at all good no room service available and bathroom room are not clean basic kit water and towel they didn't given not even kit like brush toothpaste handwash and this too far from any tourist destination in Coorg never book otherwise you will ruined your stay and staff are not cooperative and they will take full amount before your stay.

Feedback on Coocon
Thr hotel is good, but while booking I had opted for breakfast also but for my surprise it was not there. If breakfast was not included I wouldn't have opted for this hotel. Please check and let me know why this happnd. I had to pay extra for breakfast and we didn't get eater bottle instead had to recycle.

Stay was very very very good, didn't expect such a facility in gonikoppa, highly recommended place. Good wifi facilities and 24hrs power back up. All the amenities were good at the location. Spacious parking space for cars and bikes. Really impressed.

We booked a non-ac room for 1 night without breakfast. When we reached the hotel, they informed that breakfast is included with our stay and room was quite spacious and decent for the amount. The restaurant food which we ordered for dinner was little spicy, overall it was good
