Home stay is good and well maintained , but swimming pool depth should be increased to play well ,only 4 feet not enough and time also 9 to 5 pm ,very bad if any one want to swimming in night not allowed . Food is also good .

Everything was good.. but a little spooky as whenever there was a wind gush the ceiling used to start shaking - room 309. But everything was good. Staff behaviour was impeccable.

I never expect this kind of room 1.power not working 2. Toilet shink shaking 3. Hot water not working 4. Tea not boiled fully 5. Food not good to eat Totally very bad experience

it was a very bad experience not neat at all there is a bad smell all the way inside the resort . services were very very bad booking image and reality . food was not good . All over experience was 0/10

Room size is quite small, with very basic amenities. Overall good vibe and affordable stay with a pool

Review Title: Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price I had high expectations for this resort based on the photos I saw in MakeMyTrip, but unfortunately, my stay was far from relaxing. The room was not properly maintained, as there were broken plug points which was unsafe for kids, flush not working in the toilet, bedsheets were unclean and looks like they hardly change them when a customer checks-out. Service was another major letdown. Staff seemed disinterested and none asked about our requirements or expectations. Very bad at hospitality. We waited over an hour for our food at the restaurant, and when it finally arrived, it was served cold. There is no Room service at all. Not even a water bottle was given as a compliment, where most of the resorts provide quality mineral water along with essential toiletries. The amenities were also overhyped. The pool was not at all maintained and looks like for months the pool was left as-is with lots of dead insects and dried leaves all over the pool water. If you check my profile, I cancelled a resort and booked this resort only for swimming pool. For the price we paid, we are terribly disappointed with both the resorts and MakeMyTrip for inducing us with false information in the website description. Overall, this resort did not live up to expectations, and I would not recommend it to others. There are far better options in the area for the paid price. I would appreciate if MakeMyTrip could refund at least 1 days room cost.

One of the worst and weirdest stay in my life. Blankets are sticky with a pleasant sperm smell. White Pillow and pillow cover is yellow. Bathroom flush is leaking. Swimming pool was cleaned at 2021 & Very very dirty property to spoil the makemytrip.

room not as per standard, there is no difference in economical & standard room, No cupboard, both room no TV in working condition, seepage in room walls, garments uncleaned, bed & rooms not cleaned with dirty smell shared on ways up number

We visited this place for 2days/nights stay with Family, we had less expectations but it was all worth it... Loved the hill view, swimming pool was Good and had a grt view from pool, staffs were helpful and kind.. Catering was at the best but early morning tea/coffee was missing.. Very near from Madikeri(6km)..Finally worth and very satisfied..

Poor, pathetic, terrible stay at coorg. the condition of beds and blankets are very poor 3) the toilet is not tidy, no hot water, no hand faucet, even no bulb on of the bathroom 4) they didnt allowed us to use the pool at the evening. On the morning they started to fill the pool late after our check out time. The condition of pool is terrible. 5) the breakfast which we paid for was also disappointing they wont give second time only smalla portion of the food. Total waste of money never ever recommended to anyone one
