We recently stayed at this property and found a few areas that could be improved. The hotel does not have an in-house restaurant, and when we inquired, we were advised to order food through Swiggy or Zomato. The rooms also did not have a geyser, and we had to manage with only slightly warm water for bathing.
At check-in, the receptionist was occupied on the phone for over 10 minutes, which delayed the room allocation and handing over of keys. Additionally, we were asked to provide ID proofs for all four guests, which was unusual compared to other hotels where typically one or two IDs are sufficient. When we raised a question about this, we were told to verify with the nearby police station if we had concerns, which felt a bit uncomfortable.
Overall, while the stay was manageable, better hospitality, facilities, and guest support would enhance the experience.
