Property food is quite good. I like their buffet. Location is also nice. There are many good places nearby and it is quite close to bus stand. Facilities wise it is not that good. When you enter the hotel you will feel there is smell of peoples smoking the cigarette. I have a lot of expectations like getting a TV and having regular hot water in the tap. Their mini bar is way more expensive. Their staff behavior is quite nice.

I had booked a stay at KC Residency, Jammu, with meals included in the package. However, the food provided was extremely limited and unsatisfactory — a basic thali that did not reflect the value or expectation set at the time of booking. There was no clarity whatsoever in the listing regarding the nature or limitations of the food package. To add to the disappointment, I had inquired about haircut charges at the in-house salon and was quoted ₹350 over the phone. But after the service, I was charged ₹400 — a classic bait-and-switch tactic. This reflects poorly on both the hotel's transparency and its internal coordination. The overall management appears to be solely focused on maximising revenue with little regard for customer satisfaction. To make matters worse, hotel staff repeatedly asked for tips, even when they were called in response to service issues in the room. This experience has left a bitter impression not only of the hotel but, regrettably, of the hospitality standards in Jammu. I hope the management takes serious steps to rectify these issues and prioritise ethical service practices.

The hotel is near Rachana u mandir. However, the hotel is old and had a particular smell, which is very horrible. On booking a twin bed they gave me a double bed and offered an extra bed in the room. Only when I offered to walk out the have me a twin bed. Even in second room the smell was bad.

Absolutely loved my stay! The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from the window was stunning. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience. I Highly recommend!
