Washrooms were unclean, furniture not maintained and breakfast was very poor

property roome need intense cleaning as well as washrooms , food especially breakfast was horrible , property is heritage but some professionalism is missing

The location, surroundings, atmosphere, food & service was excellent. The night view was very charming and the dining in the open lawn increased the taste of food. Very quick service and the presentation was very nice. Good place for the morning walk lovers.

Location is away from main city involving lot of walking . Outdoor restaurant is a fantastic place to dine and good thing about hotel stops there . Amenities in room and room itself is very ordinary . Service is much below par . Hotel lacks basic concept of looking after its in-house guests .overall a poor experience and would not recommend anyone to stay at Hari niwas . There are better stay options in Jammu in same budget

The staff was good and helpful. best scenic beauty around the hotel ( hills, valley,river and forests). would come to this place again.

Location is far , only morning view is good , no conveyance available . Too costly ,food is average with limited choice in breakfast and dinner. rooms are basic , nothing like a heritage hotel. cocroaches in the washroom . monkeys on the terrace balcony. not even at par with a 3 star hotel.

The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated with antique furniture. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, offering both local Dogri flavors and continental options. I especially loved their breakfast spread! The staff was courteous and attentive, making sure every need was taken care of promptly. The lush green lawns and peaceful surroundings made it a perfect place to unwind. Overall, it’s a great choice if you’re looking to experience the charm of royalty in Jammu. Highly recommended for history lovers and those seeking a peaceful retreat.

Poor and dirty Room Quality and unsatisfactory food Quality i was with family booked 02 rooms but after checking in i found the quality of rooms. Bedding etc foul smell in rooms and washrooms
