It's always feel good to visit Four A Resort due to its calm location & beautiful ambiance. Pool side dinner makes your visit more rememberable.

It was a very, very, very wonderful experience It was a very wonderful experience. We had a lot of fun. We played games in the games zone. We had the dinner in the restaurant and the amenities were very very much good and everything was good. I like it.

Worst service as experienced before. No seriousness towards their customers, they actually don't know how to deal with visiting guests. Such a big infrastructure with very poor and unprofessional people. Hope some day this property comes back to their real standards.

Property is good but staff and services are totally unpredictable literally worst stay i ever had in my life non such concerned persons are available to resolve the concerns i would never recommend this to any one in my life .

Before I write, let me say this , it's 48°Celcius in jammu. So this was my wife's birthday 🎂 and I couldn't think of a place to go, went to my general Google search and found here n there info well deserving our visit. Then I went to MakeMyTrip app and found 4A as the best choice with less expectations as it was my first visit.. Let me tell you guys, take my words and go there in any season, you guys will love it all year long, they have exactly everything in order as they state n advertise .. Hence, imagine enjoying pool alongside the best mocktail or cocktail you wish or snacks, starter or any dish that melts the heart... I Loved each and every moment and remembering the names, I want to thank Sambhav Kesar for organizing a special delight for Us for her Birthday, the staff at the hotel and the respected restaurant folks , all of them were super happy on their job and deserved an amazing tip💗..Thank you 4A for this , you made my day, my months and years to come... I promise a good healthy long visit for more amazing memories 💞

The property is really beautiful and spacious! the staff also is very kind and helpful! it was all worth staying here!

The room, food and overall resort along with the views was great! They had a lot of facilities but my main issue came w the front desk, they asked me to submit another ID, as they “don’t allow people below 20 in their hotel”, even though i had booked it as me being 18. I had a terrible time speaking with them regarding this and they insisted that i send them another ID regardless of what i said. Also i had ordered a cake at my room/the hotel from an outside bakery and they wouldn’t let the delivery boy enter their establishment even though i had cooperated with them along every step.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at four a resort, jammu, and everything about the experience was spectacular! from the top-notch services and luxurious amenities to the delicious food, everything exceeded my expectations. A special mention to mr. Vishal, who went above and beyond when we forgot a dress at the resort. He promptly arranged for it to be couriered to us, and though we paid for the shipping, his effort and professionalism were highly appreciated. The only slight downside was the difficulty in getting through to them by phone. They didn’t answer on the first or second call, requiring persistent follow-ups to connect. Aside from that minor issue, i absolutely loved my stay and would highly recommend four a resort for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable experience.
