food quality and quantity is nice but over costed the rooms are not cleaned seen so much bugs pools are not cleaned not welcomed properly room materials are very bad even the door is damaged no prober safety lock but the structure of the room is nice

Pros - nice location, swimming pool. Cons - over priced, not value for money, additional bedding not provided while booking for kids, no hair dryer in the room, no Wi-Fi on the premises, no boy helping to provide luggage pickup service, when requested was suggested for self service, location is too far from city, no blanket in the room, no iron machine, swimming pool full of insects - no cleaning, no life guard

The resort was well maintained, the room was clean and neat, the pool was very clean and pretty! the staff is courteous. The only problem was with the restaurant. The restaurant was closed by 7pm itself.

Just like a normal stay only, not more than anything impressed me, just average stay over hyped

Service was poor, no attendant in the night. Morning milk wasn't provided for the baby, in spite of asking it for several times! Wouldn't recommend to anyone in future

It's kind of OK experience, food is OK, swimming pool tiles seem broken for very Long time, staff are courteous, cleanliness is not up to the mark especially toilet in restaurant.

The Resort is definitely not what you See on the photos. The scenic beauty Around the place definitely yes, but a big no on the hotel facilities and activities. The Resort is a bit far away from the Madurai and there are no proper sign boards leading to the Resort except the one near the entrance. We booked a hill view cottage with breakfast and I must say the room decor is a bit outdated and there were lizards inside the room. The room was spacious with the basic amenities and the bed was comfortable. The pool which is supposed to be their main attraction, was and it still is in a horrible state. The pool guard cautioned us about the broken tiles inside the pool. We didn't want to take a chance as we had to spend another full day at the Resort. Our 3 yr old son was bored as there were no activities for the kids apart from watching TV. When asked about activities, the Resort staff said, it will be conducted only if there are more rooms occupied. The food we had was only South Indian and it was delicious. The staff however had no sense of urgency and commitment towards time. Breakfast was supposed to open at 7.30 and when we went at 8 Am, the staff was just unlocking the restaurant and setting up breakfast. Not Worth 10 k for 2 nights.

One can visit just to enjoy the nature
The view from the restaurant is beautiful fresh air its still very pristine. That's the only thing which I enjoyed the nature

Location is awesome, complimentary breakfast was tasty, staff at resort are very kind, especially reception manager or supervisor and restaurant staffs and supervisor. Management has to pay more attention on services they offer and much attention needed to do proper maintenance of the facilities. For example, swimming pool, all the floor tiles are broken and hurted last year and complained even after one year no improvement at all. Gardening has to be maintained. Now it’s become more of photo shoot spot for youngsters ( young college and working girls and boys are coming with professional photographers and taking all sorts of photos 😢) than leisure place. Next time I have to think should I bring family and parents or only boys day out 😜. Next time my first question will be about swimming pool maintenance, if not done for sure I won’t think of visiting this place again.

Location is not very picturesque as seen in the website. Facilities are poor. Rooms are good. No WiFi available. No Mobile network available. Very poor spread in complementary breakfast. No maintenance of swimming pool. Algae in pool and dirty.

Good stay! Quite different place, but little much more needed to spend in resort for overall, need to create some interesting features should help us to spend some time ... Ethnic village stay can be in food too! Providing a village filter coffee would be excellent in ethnic village style! Other than this excellent one ..

It was a very good place to relax and enjoy your time with family. Room, Food, and ambience are really excellent. Swimming pool floor surfaces are broken and lots of insects are there, its need to clean and maintain neatly, because pool is their center of attraction. Staff service needs to improve, before room booking, they said they will offer plates for our food later they denied to give and said plates offered to the people who ordered in their restaurant. They made a small issue to provide room for our driver, later its rectified.

Very Poor Service. Staff not well trained. Hardly any Customer interaction skills. Very tough and rude behaviour. Seems only designed to cater local Language speaking crowd. The property if maintained well can turn out to be a good one.

It was a pleasant stay in the hotel. The staff were so friendly and caring. The food there it was super. The location it looks totally awesome and it is a different experience staying there. The stay it was totally amazing.

Swimming pool, trekking, nice ambience, good service. Nice location - hills around. Village experience. Things to improve - shuttle to Madurai will be good and surly attracts more customers. Overall very nice place to stay with family, friends and corporate people.

It was a group trip it was my first time in Kadambavanam and the location was so beautiful and so peaceful and the food there it was good but the rate was little high. My full expectations was on the swimming pool but I was totally disappointed because the swimming pool was not properly maintained it was the only draw back there other than that everything was fine.

Actually booked Hill View rooms but it is not there. Pool maintenance is poor. Room service Food is not good ( North Indian). Booked for 3, but provided 2 bed and 1 extra bed ( on ground). Good location and very calm. Cottage are clean and good. Good for family stay not much with children.

Stay with nature, relax mind, pure air. I love to stay. Location superb. Awesome to be there it is fabulous. Clean room. Restroom awesome. Great experience. Nature is always beauty of life. I feel there it is great. The stay was nice peaceful the staff was very nice food is good. If you want to relax your self with nature it the best place.
