Average property and not professional service. Who ever going they have to order the food before. Because the area is remote and there is no hotel at sirumalai area.

Taking some time to check in is okay. But they are delaying some extra time. That should be avoided. Otherwise okay.

No wifi and TV didn't work on couple of rooms. staffs are lazy , can do better than giving instructions over phone.

We went as a family group of 9 members. We stayed there for one day. Everything was excellent. There is a restaurant with a limited menu. Only thing is that you have to order in advance. They do room service also. Clean rooms. For the money we paid, we got good service. Don't expect toiletries, airconditioning, phone, Wife etc. There is a TV in each room. The staff are very cooperative and accomadative. On the whole we had a nice experience.

The rooms are not clear and there is no proper maintenance, so please no one needs to go there my dear friends.

Most of the time power failure and no generator is maintained. Only feeble ups current is there and can't even charge our mobile. Food taste is ok, but rate is extremely high.

Location is good with kids play area. People are friendly and they arrange the food on need basis though it bit expensive but taste like a home food so don’t mind paying

Pleasant stay with good food nice staffs. Good plays to stay. In pleasant mood climate is also very good. Neet abed clean. Pols concentrate gardening plant some col-our full flowears and plants.

I booked here to spend a have good time with family and kids. We booked 4 rooms but the rooms were closed for long time and had a bad odour. The pillow cover and sheets had fungus grown. There were 4 older men playing karoke outdoor which was nuisance for us and other guests, upon intimation to management they said they are regular visitors. We mentioned this multiple times they had stopped for a while and started their music till 1 am. There was no towels, water bottle, soap. Everything we need to get from reception which is steep from the rooms what would elderly would do. Think twice before booking here. This was very bad experience

The ambience and atmosphere of the stay is good. Flush is not at working condition in toilet. Service also need to be improved

The location and food are good. Food is costly. Fantastic ambiance and a tidy setting. Should go on weekdays for relaxed mindset.

We people stayed in the property for 4days 3nights in jama garden resorts. Location was good. But food and services was not good. We stayed in room num 422, 423, 424 which was in ground floor. In the night we got some drainage smell inside the room. We complained to the room services, but still they didn't care of the complaint. Next day also the same problem happened. 3rd day night around 12:45 mid night we people got angry and tried to reach out manager. Then only they gave a room where 4 person stayed that night. As we people are from pondicherry and my collogues were 60+of age. Couple of months before in pondicherry in a particular area same drainage gas leak occurred in a home and 3 person died in that incident. So we people were afraid whether it happens in jama garden resorts also. Food was also not at all good. Coconut chutney the coconuts were not grained properly. Sambar was not at all good. And food pricing also little high. In the next level it has been asked for photos. Due to poor mobile network i didnt carry my phone

Quite calm n good. No food options everything has to be pure booked. Management can be better. Budget may vary on seasons

The rooms are very neat and clean. It's situated in a nice place. You get a nice experience with nature. But food is very costly then room service is good.
