Staff were very polite and supportive! Neat and clean property ! Room was good! The caretaker was polite and helped us by arranging food at the last minute even when checked in very late ! Hot water was available but limited ! Bed sheets need to be a bit cleaner !

Below issues are there which spoiled our ooty trip otherwise which was memorable one. 1. Hot water availability - ooty climate needs proper hot water availability, but here we need to wait for 30 mins to get luke warm water and that too limited window(7 am to 10 am. 2. Washrooms - apart from hot water, small small insects were roaming in washroom, flush was not working properly. 3. Bedsheets, bed - stinking smell, sticky and bed was not comfortable either. Apart from these issues, to reach this hotel itself is a nightmare. We need to be very cautious about our vehicle bottom hitting the road irrespective of ground clearance vehicle has. All these you are getting at a very high price. I suggest not to book this hotel.

The rooms were good. The property has a good lawn. The parking space is present. For me, it was a good place to stay during vacations.

This place was not like as shown in the picture. I paid approx rs for stay but it not worth of that money. Amenities are sub standard. Hope they will improve the quality of stay as per the price they charged.

It was clean and had a beautiful ambience with garden outside. Perfect place for morning coffee.

Room original price was 750 but i was charged almost 4000. No one picks up call to ask any questions like location, food etc. No wifi available at all. Rooms don't have fans. No in house kitchen or anything. They'll order food from nearby restaurants and charge a very large amount (i was charged 600 which should actually be 310 as per the restaurant bill which was inside the parcel. Most of the time no one was available near reception to ask anything. Rooms are also more like 1 star than a 3 star hotel which is written in description.

Overall a bad experience. I booked my stay for 3 adult's and when we went there saw that place is not convenient fir 3 people. It f hardly had space to walk around - forget about using floor mattress. It didnt had basics such as chairs and tables for placing and sitting. That being said -manager was polite and the home made food was good. Place is near to rose garden. Ok for 2 people but definitely doesn't work for 3.

i had worst experience ever in this hotel stay. I have booked a hotel for 2 night stay. But we have checked out after one sleepless night. On the name of hotel, they have only 5 rooms at ground floor which are worst condition. Frogs, spider, earth worms are roaming in the bathrooms. They have provided dirty blanket, bedsheets and broken beds.

Bed linen and pillow are not at all clean. Some kind of smell in the room. Staff behaviour is good.

Room was good, clean, hospitality was good, but no room heater provided. Hence room becomes too cold.

There was no wifi available here. Only one person available here for attending the visitor. No mung snack & coffee available here. In the room musty smell. No cubard for arranging the traveling bag. No bath soap no towel. Bathroom was not clean very bad condition. I m not referring this hotel for anyone.

Room space is not enough bathroom facilities are not much good.

They provided us room with a window which opens to nala (drainage. Bedsheet was stinking. They put so much room freshner that it became suffocating. They didn't provide any towels. They provided soap and shampoo that also after asking for it. Geyser was not working. Cleanliness was poor. Very bad experience.
