Review Of ITS SOUTH EAST RESIDENCY CHENNAI

Stayed for a night but unfortunately the rooms were only for bachelors and full of smoking smell. Bed spreads and bed sheets were stinging . Not for family peoples. May be for bachelors and unmarried couples.

Affordable prize, not much space, cleanness is issue

Rest room is not good.. The bed and bed cover are also not good and not hygiene..

Room is pathetic and if is completely different than the images. Continues Water tap leaking , room is full of cigarettes smells , too dusty .. no Basic facility..

The room which i stayed in was very bad. Bedspread and bedsheets are not clean. All the walls in the rooms are very dirty. The restroom was also not clean. TV was working. Ac was also working. Fan speed control not working properly. There are better rooms available in those areas for those price ranges. I don't suggest this hotel if you are expecting neat and clean rooms for stay.

Room is dirty and cockroaches everywhere. Staff is arrogant. One of the dirtiest place I ever stayed. Smells very bird. Mirrors are broken and dusts everywhere

The room alloted to me has no 1. Hanger 2. Mirror in the bathroom The bathroom wash basin was so tiny that I felt difficult to wash hands and face. This was an average experience. I can't say it even good.

The stay didn't offer food so can't really comment about it. The rooms were terrible. Insects everywhere..The building was old. Didn't feel like a decent hotel at all. Please avoid this stay at any cost

The stay is very good and the employees were friendly and called me to check after my check-in got delayed

really good experience. The residency was much better than the photos. Good care was taken of maintenance and comfort. All basic amenities were provided at the stay.
