It was good. I searched for it in Google maps and also in MakeMyTrip.Amenties are little bit old. But the services was too good.

It was a good stay, everything was upto the mark, owner was so humble and helping.

Poorly maintained & no daily cleaning by the house keeping people. Lizards & cockroach’s all around the building

Ruby residency have to increase their neat and cleaning inside the room and toilet and also change the bedsheets and pilow cover regularly.

If the cleaning and water issues are resolved, it will be a value-for-money hotel. The location is good. If you are for attending any event in sri ramachandra conventional centre, it is very good in terms of location.

Still, the cleanliness of the hotel can be improved. Bad smell can be avoided by spraying fragrance at intermittent periods.

The owner demanded extra money. Even though air conditioning was mentioned in mm t portal, we were not given ac room. Hotel representative demanded 2k extra for ac rooms. The overall experience was bad.

Stay for a day alone nothing great

The receptionist was rather unfriendly and didn't let us know that there was no running water that day and night. The room had no windows. You'll find better options for the same price in Chennai.

Stay was good, But we were told to check out at 12 pm even though we checked in at 6 pm the day before the checkout date. The check-in timing and check out timings are not convenient.
