Lot of webs on windows, also the fan does not work properly, there was a pungent smell to the room

the location of this hotel is easily accessible. the room is decent. the only problem is the bathroom as the drainage system is not good.

Very good rooms at very reasonable price. All my family members slept well. The AC had very good cooling and the beds were also very wide and comfortable.

The hotel is well located, and the room is spacious and clean. The staff fumbled with the directions for getting hot water, and caused a delay in our plans. Minor requests were taken care of. We requested room cleaning, but it was not done. An average experience.

Pros: Well maintained hotel. Good location. Cooperative staff. Large, clean rooms. Huge beds. Led TV and AC functioned smooth. Good place for family stay especially with large, wide beds a blessing. Good, clean washroom. Cons: Facade and lobby area needs to be improved. No restaurant within the hotel though there are many just across the road. Parking area is average, not excellent.

Was apprehensive to book this place after seeing a couple of poor reviews. Took a leap of faith though, and boy, was I pleasantly surprised. For something under 2000 INR you get a clean, spacious, well furnished, air conditioned room with a clean washroom and complimentary basic toiletries, mineral water etc. True, there's no fancy lobby, reception, decor or all other sorts of bl ing synonymous with 4 or 5 star places, but then, you dont expect to be delivered a BMW after paying for a swift. Do you? . Its a no-frill place, but extremely functional and tremendous value for money. Cons are no in-house restaurant and parking which is just about adequate, but for the money you're paying, it would be unfair to complain too much. When dealing with the staff, they're mostly informal but friendly and helpful. For those who don't care much about the optic and the experience, highly recommended.

The room was terrible. After checking out the room I ran to the opposite hotel to get a room even though I've paid for it.

Wonderful stay. Very wide beds enough for 2 adults and 2 kids to sleep comfortably and peacefully. Spacious, neat rooms. Its like a four star hotel room available at half the price. One of the best value for money hotels I have ever stayed in.

Highly recommended. Just 2 things necessary to give excellent for this place. Huge, comfortable bed and pillows with excellent AC. Good, overall cleanliness. Good location for couple, family. Friendly place etc. are nice additions.
