Review Of Shalom Palace Residency

We didn't get the room we booked, we booked a non ac room but we got an ac room, they took away the ac remote and told us to pay rs 400 extra if we want to use the remote. We got the exact booking number and stuff as a message but there was confusion that they couldn't spot our booking quickly. It is understood that some people who booked after us did not get a room. That too, if we had booked a little later in the night, we would have probably faced the same situation and would have been stuck without getting a room at night. The bathroom was much smaller and narrower than what was shown in the photo and there was no shower in the bathroom. Bed sheets and blankets felt not so clean. There was only average cleanliness. We used bed sheets that we had on hand. The person who was talking on the phone was in some other place. It was operated by two elderly women. They also seem to lack technical knowledge. They seemed worried. Behaved unprofessionally. Undoubtedly, the room rent was definitely overpriced.

Owners behavior was good, the room is very nice and clean, the food in the hotel is far away, the hotel board is not visible quickly.
