The area was terrible and there was leakage in washroom leakage inside room. The room was not tidy. It was very smoothly and I want my refund.

Needs some Maintenance, The Caretaker or Cordinator Atika is always available when i text her if i need something Always got Early Check-in No disturbance, There are some children playing always so little noise , Room needs some Maintenance only flaw for me is I have to get down always to get my Delivery as thr Delivery guys don't understand the Address

1: Ac not cooling 2: location non accessible: Too much interior 3: No lifts 4: Smell of fish around 5:Too much noise Not recommend at all

Rooms are clean and very pleasant, surprisingly all other things in the room work effectively and its just a feel like a home to be with someone

A lovely small cozy place. Just the locality is very noisy sometimes especially in the morning. Everything is provided in the apartment you can get utensils, electric stove, toaster, tea kettle and microwave and also you get beverages like coffee, black tea and green tea. The place has a fridge so you can put in your left over for the next day if you want. There’s a coffee shop in front of the lane so we had our breakfast there. Overall it was an amazing experience. Surprisingly even the washroom was clean.

I had a fantastic stay at Imperial Premium Studio Apt by TBHC! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, well-furnished, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city. A special mention to Misbah Shaikh, the property manager—she was absolutely wonderful! Super accommodating, responsive, and made the check-in/check-out process seamless. Her hospitality truly enhanced the experience. Had a wonderful stay! the homestay was well-maintained, and all the facilities provided were truly up to the mark. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary cutlery and essentials, making it feel just like home. The ambiance was cozy, and the overall experience was seamless. The location was difficult to find, no body is there to assist, no signboard nothing

Stay is decent. There was no water to bathe on the last day. Approach road is not cool at all. Nothing premium about it.

The place was very good and gives homely vibes. All amenities are available making the stay easy and smooth. Perfect for a weekend outing.

The blow dryer was not working and the because of the construction going on in the neighbourhood it was extremely noisy

Well since i’ve stayed at the property before, i really enjoy going there again and again! they never budge on their standards which is very commendable!

The stay was unpleasant. There was few basic amenities not available like mirror, no attendants to resolve our issues, useless plastic curtains, toiletries, etc. Moreover the space was small. It was 1rk. The location of the property was not good and feasible. The refund of our security amount took more time than promised. Hospitality was zero. Everything was managed online which in a way caused us discomfort. For everything we had to call customer care for resolution of our issues or queries and that took time. Usually the hotels are flexible with checkout however they were extremely strict with check out time and we had to pay 500/hour for an extra 30mins of stay which was due to medical emergency. In short, i would not refer this hotel any further as it failed to provide me basic comfort and hospitality and was also overpriced.
