Property does not have much footfall. Hence, not maintained well. Caretakers are good and honest and cook for you whatever you want. Breakfast is not served due to low occupancy. Rest is ok.

very bad experience, except me no other guests, after 11pm entire property power mains switched off, no body was attended, finally I found watchman at 3 am, then the power was restored. than I vacated the property 6 am

Property was good. But, npt maintained. Front desk was not co-operative. Only think we liked is some food we had there and locatipn Bar license was banned when we went there. It shoudlld have mentioned

Location is good but its not matching with google pic and the service is not good and indoor game pathetic no caram powder pool board also torn and stick no tip and food no stock service is very slow we didn’t get what we expected

hotel is in a isolated location, from Bangalore after crossing tamilnadu border. it's a very old building and once you reach lobby itself it smells like a very old property. we can't even sit anywhere. Room is kept neat with a room freshner but with a old and dirty bedsheet which has holes. Not at all safe for ladies. loss of money. We didn't stay ter. and make my trip didnt give refund also. so please don't book this hotel

Had to wait at reception for 10 minutes to find out the receptionist. Not worth for rs2000- very old property with inadequate maintance. We were the lone occupier

Very poor response to to booking and payment made. Took lots of time to confirm and allot room. No responsible person available during night times. Break fast starts after 9 am only. we could just stay fr 2 hrs

My wife stayed here last night alone. Hotel manager/receptionist kept calling her at 11 pm in the night and asked her if she is alone how she is what she is doing and all. She felt annoyed and irritated by the calls so hung up, then this guy called again with different numbers and tried the same. She was scared and had to vacate the property at 11 and booked a different one near the place. Would not recommend at all. If you are staying alone, i request you not to book your stay in this property.

This place is not properly maintained so no pleasant atmosphere there. We were the only guests in huge property. I found fewer staffs and not professional. I found this place below average.

Full of insects inside the room, AC, TV, 🚽 Flush not in working condition.. In AC room used Standing Fan

It’s very bad experience all together. First of all cleanliness is very poor, all the place, corridors filled with dust. Even rooms latches not properly closing. Secondly no food available in restaurant, not even a coffee or tea was available. Thirdly no proper security at place. Went out at 6 in the morning and no one at the gate, had to open gate myself and exit, none bother to check who is coming in or going out. Overall worst experience. And you are charging 1k more than what exactly the charges are at the place per room per day.

We weren't able to check-in for a while as there was no one at lobby. Even at the gate the watchman didn't let us enter. No one available at the restaurant at 9pm. Ridiculous place and they call themselves a resort and spa. It's a shame

Nobody was available on reception so had to call for check in. Room was full of ants both side of sleeping bed and response was it’s expected. Bathroom had water leaks.

The resort was under renovation. No facilities were provided like tv, intercom, indoor/outdoor games, and bonfires.

Pleasant stay and safe for couples. Service and hospitality was good.
