Review Of Hotel Vista Pahalgam

We have been cheated the photo of room we were shown was different from the room we got. Also we didn’t get room in hotel vista pahalagam instead we have been alloted room in vista lodge which was not mentioned by you during booking. So we want to have our refund. You should list both hotels differently and not in one name.

property was ok ok but power issue frequently power on and off food was not good so overall not worthy for money

Definitely not a four star hotel, not even a 3 star. The photos in the property showing here doesn’t matching at all. They also deceived the property name. Vista Pahalgam is a different property and vista lodge is a diff property altogether. They cunningly kept vista lodge as a room type in vista pahalgam(as if Luxury deluxe or standard) but then they took us to a new building 0.5km away and outside. They were very kanjoos to turn on heater after multiple requests they turned it on at 8pm and turned off again. Frequent power fluctuations. No proper food menu except tomato chicken,tomato paneer

we had 3 rooms booked. Hotel is listing 2 properties under 1 name with different room category. It's deluxe room and standard room are 300 mtr apart.you have to go out on road to go another hotel.
