Review Of Heevan Pahalgam

The Hotel is at a perfect location, right next to the river lidder. The stay was comfortable. Rooms are centrally heated. Hotel staff was extremely polite and helpful. Cafe wilos is at the property, which has great food. Overall a great experience.

hotel lacks in basic amenities and the staff behaviour was very rude and unfriendly. I visited this place with family and had booked 5 rooms ,property was mostly empty with hardly any guest but they made us stay on the 3rd and 2nd floor despite repeated request for ground or 1st floor as there were no escalotors. Rooms were not in good condition and need overall repairs. Quality of the food is very poor which does not justify the prices. I would not recommend this property to anybody visting pahalgam.

Property is too old and I asked them for the upgrade when I visit hotel but they refused as room was small and old and in a very bad condition and when I asked is showing that you have deluxe room than they told me that we have some unofficial guest of owner and they have occupied those rooms and we have not mentioned here and it was very disappointing who is willing to pay the upgrade charges is not able to get the hospitality because you are giving free service and rooms to your relatives and I will never recommend such old and disgusting property to anyone

Food was good especially the cafe wilo. Location of the property was awesome. Facilities were of average level, no central heating or ACs in room.

The location of the Hotel is breathtaking, though good quality and variety needs to be upgraded specially for breakfast. The Resturant gets crampy during breakfast peak hours. Service is excellent.

Worst hotel... worst room... worst service....... rooms are very small and terrible....

Location is top notch Facilities average. There was no lift, no gym and no swimming pool which are like so necessary. We booked a standard room with breakfast which was buffet and on day one we got buffet breakfast but on the second day, there was no buffet breakfast available and they asked us to order food from limited menu. Other than, we liked everything. Main market is a little far so we had to walk everytime we wanted to book a taxi/cab. Hotel provided us with taxi/cab but the rates were quite high. This hotel has the best scenic view. It had its own backyard to the river where you can do a small little picnic. We enjoyed these views.

The best hotel for a stay visited by me till now. Hospitality of the entire staff is 11/10 for making our stay full of sweet memories. I Loved and Enjoyed my stay a lot. Thank You to all. Lots of Love ❤️

I had booked deluxe room which clearly mentioned facilities like AC and minibar. They don’t have AC rooms in the old structure neither they have minibar. Although on request I was allotted next day room in their new building which thankfully had AC . The best thing about Heevan is its Location just on the banks of river . Food was okay and staff was also cordial and friendly.

This is amongst the few options in Pahalgam which was fully operational during this off season. The accommodation, service and food was all at par with what we expect such properties to be. Value for money.

Due to some reasons I had to modify my booking twice. Finally I stayed at the property on 9 august 2025. Although I had booked Deluxe room for four of us including two of my kids, I didn't like the room which was in the newly built property adjacent to main hotel building. Mr Imtiyaz was quick in upgrading my room in the main building which was very spacious,clean and had a breath taking view from the windows. Thankyou Mr Imtiyaz. I would definitely recommend this property for stay atleast once .

I have been to this property many times but haven’t stayed there for a night or two i have just visted the cafe which comes with amazing food. but few days back i went there with my wife and my daughter. We all were excited.The time we reached there it came as a shock to me particularly as i had an image of this property as the best hotel out in whole pahalgam. Long story short the rooms are below average i had payed an amount for a room for which i wouldn’t have payed not more than 2k if i had a chance to look at the room first and then decide.as i had booked the room by just seeing the photos online. Small sized rooms with no view i am talking about the ones which are on the back side of the property. Flooring in these rooms are outdated. And the ones which come with a view are super expensive.i asked the staff to upgrade as my family got depressed in the first room. I couldn’t get my head around the fact that this property shouldn’t be asking for that much of money just for the reason that its on the banks of river lidder and just has a view. Food i would rate as Good. Outside area is also good but the rooms are below average.

I made a booking for the hotel At the time of booking it was mentioned that my room have jacuzzi so just because of this jaccuzi i booked the room night and after i checked in i got to know that there is no jaccuzi in the entire hotel as there was standard room also available but i choosed room just because of jaccuzi and after i got to know about this i called mmt for the solution and they told that nothing can be done now. I felt cheated and was wasted as i got all the facilities which are available room there is no difference in aminities 6500₹ room and 12000₹ room i had requested for the refund. The executive told that we cant do anything so whose fault is this .

Stayed at heevan hotel for one night. Staff was very good and cooperative Hotel located over the edge of lidder river. No other hotel in pahalgam has such a view and location

Excellent location however this property is priced higher than it's value. Inside floor is giving way and even the ceiling is bulging. It's clear that this property is NOT properly maintained. Service is good and the restaurant is located just adjacent to the river. However, restaurant menu prices are exorbitantly high. The Rooms are very uncomfortable and need a renovation badly.. Can't even stand a 3-star category to be fair enough. I think it was our first and last stay in the Hotel.

The hotel is at very good location besides river, but they gave us room on forest side and unfortunately I think it was kitchen and generator on that side whole night we were disturbed by humming noise from some electrical device. Rooms though old were well maintained. Breakfast was not up to the mark. We got the room for around 6.2k , so at this price is good. Outside is pretty good and has good vibe . Cafe wilo has good view and good food. So some positives and negatives.
