The view was good and everything was perfect but the hotel staff where rude and disrespectful and basic things if you're visiting hill station basic need is hot water to during or hot water bag but nothing was provided and when asked for hot water the staff started complaining even i asked for kettle so i can hot water but no the excuses were given after 1 hour we received hot water jug to drink

And even you are marking us fool. Worse experience with make my trip. Even i give rating to making my trip is zero. No help from make my trip. You people take money and did not give any support.

My hotel experience is bad because daily room cleaning is not done and staff behaviour rudely and food are very costly.

Location of hotel was good but from service front they can improve a lot. There was only one person who was busy in getting others checked out, taking out their bags to vehicle, invoicing and also one who cooks food. We had to rush without taking breakfast because that one person was busy with other works.

We were totally impressed by the location of the hotel as it gives a clear view of the Dhauladhar range. The room was clean and decent enough However, there are lot of stairs to climb to reach the rooms and they don't have room service except for tea/coffee. Basically one single person manages everything so expect delays. It's budget friendly to go but has its own limitation of amenities. Choose accordingly as per your priorities 😊

I have booked this stating mcloed ganj but it is in naddi which is around 8 km far away from mcloed ganj, taxi charge around 500 to mcloed ganj and 800 for gall u mandir where tracking start, regarding stay, it is very quiet and calm place, room 102 has a very beautiful view, food made by caretaker subhash is excellent but there is no wifi connection, so i was charged wrongly also free breakfast i was charged 500 overall if you want a beautiful view and calm stay, book this but please make sure that free wifi must be available if they are charging for it

Super helpful staff, awesome view from rooms. The restaurant of this hotel provides delicious breakfast and the view from here is too good. This property has beautiful surroundings with lots of flowers and yiu will end up taking beautiful pucs here itself. Go for it

Quality and price of food is best. Location of the hotel is good but 100 m road is risky near hotel. Location of the hotel is at the end of the road. Hygiene is normal.

There was a single person who was handling reception as well as kitchen. So much delay for the food we ordered. Also no toothpaste and slippers provided

Pathetic manager, not comfortable taking feedback though asks for feedback. You will find no improvement after giving the feedback for anything. It's like you have to stay on his term & adjust accordingly. Food quality is so bad you will be spoiling your trip & mood if you plan to stay here. i found no point even keeping by bags there to explore the nearby points after checkout. Extremely rude & miserable behavior of the manager. Big no-no for female travelers.

Guest temp check implement but few staff not wear face mask. Rooms are not sound proof in night face lot of disturbance
