Unfortunately, my experience at hotel was not very pleasant. The room was properly cleaned. The bathroom was not well-maintained — there were leaks and the water pressure was very low. The staff were not very responsive, and basic requests took a long time to be addressed. Food quality is Okk but the quantity is not proper provided

The location was decent, but not great because to the steep roads; elderly folks won't feel comfortable living there. Speaking about food, it wasn't very good in terms of taste or presentation. Given that the service was merely mediocre, management ought to improve themselves. Facilities were decent. Despite their lack of responsibility, the staff failed to assist in the problematic situations.

The hotel was terrible, Everything about the hotel is worst, 1.The Hotel is very down in the valley atleast 4 to 5 floor steep walking to Reach the hotel (not recommended to elderly people) 2. The Hotel and Room looks like BHOOT BUNGALOW. very Old not maintain, Furniture is alo very old , sofas are rusted and dirty. 3. Room wash room is very unhygienic , after complaining also they are not sending house keeping to clean the place , saying house keeping bahar se aata hai... 4. Food is also terrible .no quality at all 5. Items in the menu is also not available, saying ginger and elaichi is out of stock for tea.then why they have mention in the menu for elaichi tea and ginger tea. 6.Staff behavior is also not polite.

It was horrible experience for me and my family. The rooms were not clean, the hotel's staff corporation was rude, the food was also terrible, and they charged extra money for a room heater for 500 per day. Bedsheet was not hygienic. Also it was not looking like a family hotel, it was looking like the "Ghante ke hisab" wala hotel. Overall It was a torcher hotel for me and my family.

Pictures shown online were all fake. there was alot of dampness in the room, the hotel was located at very low level which made parking difficult. service was very poor. we don't recommend this hotel.

For the budget traveller this is probably the best choice in entire city. location is on Mall road. the things that matter in winter- geyser & room heater are excellent. reception is friendly. well maintained rooms.

This hotel is situated nearby mall road so you can't enter your car between 4 pm to 10:30 pm. food quality is not good also tea quality is very poor. they provide only one katle for hot water nothing else.
