Hotel was pathetic lift not working furniture broken bathroom sanitary condition vary bad intercom not working irresponsible staff. I want refund of booking as we have not used the room. Condition was bad. Please refund immediately

soloRoom was dirty and smelling a lot and as a female i did not find it safe. Staff asked to switch on ac so that i don't feel that smell.

familyIt was a below average stay in this hotel. For dinner the kitchen closed at 8 pm, never ever saw this in my life ir never ever heard this in my life that the kitchen use to close at 8 pm they did not mention this in the menu or they did nit tell us that kindly order your dinner before 8pm. And the rooms were very small the below everage. All an all it was a very bad stay from my side

Pathetic
familyIn one word, i will rate the stay as pathetic. The room phone was not working, most of the lights were not functioning, bathroom commode was leaking and water was coming on the floor, bedsheet had stains. In the morning, there was no hot water. After complaining, they started boiler. Next day, we asked to change our room. It was done. It was better. Still all lights were not functioning. One side bed side table was missing. Only good thing in the hotel was staff behaviour. Breakfast was served hot and in time.

Service was slow, no dining, location is fantastic staff average, gives good feel just because of it's location i found it okay thanks
