Review Of HOTEL STAAR WORLD

Facilities and location are good to reach Amman temple, Vivekananda Statue,Sunrise and beach etc. I can say again it’s very good location with high facilities.

Water heater works only during morning between a time slot and nobody from hotel management communicated. We opted for early check-in as given special request during booking but while check in hotel team informed that we need to check out by morning as we're opting for early check-in which we accepted mutually to check out at 9:00AM. Hotel team called at morning 5:00 AM to remind check out.. I have no idea why this kind of behaviour.. Food we ordered butter roti but they've given pulka but bill mentioned what I have ordered, room service has no clue and told restaurant is closed I won't get food after this.. Overall room stay was not happy and we will never opt this once again or recommend to anyone...

No water bottles placed room was dirty etc etc reception staffs were not professional and list goes on

Good and clean hotel. I was happy to stay and the sea view was very good. A safe place to stay and near to all visiting areas

Balamurugan residency was a worst choice and suggestion from mmt, rooms are congested not clean and twin bed is actually a simi twin bed where 2 people had difficult to fit in, i had a worst experience

The rooms were clean however the bed sheets were not clean. When we asked for an extra towel we were denied and even though the checkout time on MakeMyTrip stated before 12pm, we were forced to checkout before 10am

Worst hotel ever. Staff is so bad they don’t listen you even the manager was very rude and don’t care about customer services. They charged me 12, 000 for two rooms and it was not worth it. One towel was given and one blanket after asking they gave us towel and blanket in three hours. Also, they don’t have catering services and tv was not working

Manager and staff were rude, had to request multiple times for ac remote, no hot water in the morning, had to call multiple times asking for hot water. No restaurant in the hotel. If we are paying so much we expect good quality service and not waste our energy on such petty things.

It's a fantastic sea view hotel with all amenities

The ac rooms are good and they come with a good view of the ocean. The non ac is average, the bathroom is not that great in the non ac room and the view is not that good

Location is good have to improve the cleanliness of the bathroom and toilet change the faded linens keep a stand for the set top box of the tv instead of hanging it from the tv

Worst behavior by the receptionist

Myself already made a complaint against the manager ! so far no solution is provide just 700- cash back ? even i mentioned i don't any cash back or anything need a serious action against that manager

I stayed for 2 days in this hotel. Worst ever experience in this hotel. No restaurant in operation. Very small bathroom with very uncomfortable space to take bath. Breakfast is of poor quality. Unprofessional and bad management. No english news paper. Poor lobby condition. Pl remove this hotel after your verification.

We booked a non ac room for 1 night by paying rs. 4600- which was 2x of the normal rates, room had no telephone to call at reception for any services, bisleri w alter was not provided instead a local water filler in the plastic jar was given which was very pathetic experience. The hotel provides hot water in the bathroom only till 8. 30am which was surprising, we had to take a bath with cold water only. Only 1 bath towel was provided in the room, when we requested at the reception to give a fresh towel it was refused upfront. No north indian food option at restaurant, just written from advertising. The overall experience was not pleasant with the hotel at this price range
