The rooms given were very ordinary rooms but i booked a deluxe cottage and they gave me a normal room. Don't book online.

unhygienic bed sheets,pillow, very bad conditions of the rooms & manager was very rude, they even refuse to give blankets.....no service at all...worst hotel to stay ....

It was the best hotel and the staffs are the best, especially Mr Edwin he helped us a lot during our stay. The GM guided us the sight seeing spots. For me and my family best place to stay.

Poor Stay
The photos of swimming pool, some building are not of this resort. When we went, the pool was not cleaned and its a very small one. Additionally, noindoor game, little parking space.

Stay was good, good maintenance, support, etc Didn’t try the food at the Stay, room was kept clean and tidy. Location was good, close to the beach.

Worst Experience I have ever had , This Cottage staffs are all malayali’s they not even listening to words because am a Tamil Specking person , Air conditioners not worked , Overall Worst Experience better Avoid Book Stay Tamil Peoples 😃

Excellent Stay
We stay for very short time. But everything in hotel was excellent. Ambience is too good. Hospitality was very good. We enjoyed pool a lot. I highly recommend this hotel to stay at Kanyakumari.

Dirty bed and torn sheets
Rooms were not clean. Could notice lot of dirts on the side of the bed. Bed sheets were torn and very small. Unable to use the bedsheet Pillows were unclean and dirty No lifts were available.
