Very near by to sea, walkable distance to reach boating, and rooms are clean, staffs behaviors also very calm, totally very good stay

No standard parking, no kettle available in rooms, room stinks, room was given only after an hour( waiting fr much time in the reception. Only gud thing was the house keepers were good and friendly.

Room was clean and spacious.it had a good view of vivekananda rock memorial.kettle was available but no glass or tea cup with tea bag,sugar,milk etc .little bit on an expensive side.

Due to Advance booking and payment they never mind for cleaning and services. So I have checked out early.

The hotel has a major issue with the parking.They do not have enough space to park your vehicle they will ask you to adjust.Based on the money they charge service is not up to the mark. With the amount of money they should have provided breakfast

It was the good experience we satisfied when we saw the sun rises from the hotel....good view...about this hotel very much good their services are very good and friendly...we couple are comfortable in the hotel .....thank you very much Hotel sea land

All the things were average.. as per hygiene is concerned the hotel had bad utility seats.. shower was okk... There were ants in the cupboard.. which were later on taken care by the help desk... They donot provide shampoo.. neither tea... Just one good thing was location... Walking distance from Mandir...

Hotel Sea Land was an excellent experience - convenient for those who want to visit Vivekananda Rock Memorial. It's within walking distance! You can also see the sun rise from their roof or walk for 5 mins to the southern tip early morning. Good restaurants nearby as well. The room was super clean and spacious. Downsides - the hotel doesn't have complimentary breakfast and we had slight issues with hot water which was promptly resolved by the good team there. The breakfast can be had right across the street at the Maruthi restaurant which serves absolutely amazing South Indian breakfast - felt homemade, so didn't feel so bad about the lack of complimentary breakfast.

While the location is great near to the important locations , the guys at reception are really try & help you ! The food is not in hotel but options are unlimited … It’s a good facility near & just walkable to the main attractions as well as the visiting points in Kanyakumari including the boat jetty for Shri Vivekanand Memorial …

Good, clean room. Even though they do not have a restaurant, they arranged tea, breakfast, and dinner of our choice from the restaurant nearby. Excellent service.

Property is good but value of 4434. No restaurant for this hotel and less amenities

Pros: 1. The hotel is at a prime location. The view from the room was stunning. I could see the vivekanand rock memorial from my room. I could witness the sunrise from my room. 2. They do have an offsite parking location 3. Staff was helpful 4. I had an extra member (child. A mattress at additional charge was provided cons: 1. It was sea view room and had huge glass windows that overlooked the sea, but guess what? the glass windows were not kept cleaned. Lot of dust and bird droppings on the outside interfered with the beautiful view 3. Hotel was not prompt in housekeeping. They did skip room cleaning even when i had informed them and had left the room keys with the reception 4. I had to ask specifically for changing the bed sheets and towels. Toiletries were not provided unless specifically asked for. 5. There were a lot of small ants in the room. If you keep any food items, then the ants are sure to raid it. 6. Do not expect any room service or very slow service, as they do not have an inhouse restaurant and depend on supply from outside 7. There was space in the cupboard to hang clothes, but no cloth hangers were provided, not sure if i had to specifically ask for it. So it was a useless piece

Nice place to stay with family and explore kanyakumari. They have only room service, no food but room is very good and hygiene. My family liked it very much thank you

The room were okayish and small. Washroom is too eeally small like if public toilets. Service is nice. Parking in open area front of building and if you go somewhere by car then it's difficult to find a place
