Hotel Sona

Reported at hotel at around 1:20 pm for check in. Hotel team told no rooms are available and check in time was not mentioned. Hotel team made us wait till 4 pm to allocate room. It was very bad experience to wait for already booked room with family and small kids.

It was worst experience after booking and payment done, hotel management told ac was not working and they asked to cancel and tried to arrange im different hotel, appreciate they tried to book another hotel but that is not good way if we already booked in your hotel, it seems they let the room for someone else with higher price, they should not treat customer like this, we were waiting more than 2 hours to find another hotel, terrible tour experience because of this

The hotel did not basic facilities. Please don't bring such hotels at your platform. No proper waters.Not enough cleaning. Not hyper costly. The amount which I spend for one day not upto the mark at all.

Not liveable place for a family. Very poor room and entire hotel quality. They charged very high. Amenities mentioned and given are totally different small room with small queen size bed dirty bedsheets with very dirty pillow covers. Broken and an usable mirror 15 inch tv (have you ever seen such small tv). Poor ventilation no towels, no soaps indian toilet with no cistern one bucket with one mug for all purpose in bathroom. Most importantly no water in bathroom in most of the time of our stay. Unsatisfactory staff behaviour I did advance booking for three nights, but after staying just one, somehow ran away from there in morning. Completely you liveable place for a family. Thankfully company understood my situation and refunding the entire amount of two nights. I again warn, do not book this hotel, even if you get a very good price deal. This place should not be considered in a budget category.

Very Silent of hotel area. Peaceful time spending.

Very worst, I mean dirty and tear bedsheet and pillow. And bathroom also not cleaned properly. I think this room rent should be very less as per night range.

There are no intercom, hot water facilities and also the staff response is poor.

Poor response and pest control issues, lift not safety particularly they are concentrating to make money not for service the people. Highly disappointed.

Washbasin not proper working. Cockroaches in bed. Only two thick cheddar. Not view proper channel in TV. So bad.

Only the location of the hotel is good. Other than that nothing good about the place. Rooms were not at all clean, even the bathroom was slippery and unclean. No proper hot water was available. Since I had to book during Christmas, New year at the last minute, the amount charged was too high for the room.

They don't book the room, they called me and told that the room is already full. There is no room available.

Totally up event. I have booked 3 rooms but initially only one towel and one soap per room provided. Stinking smell in the room, bug on the bed, bed sheet full of hole. No room service was provided. Only one staff. We have carried our own luggage to room and from the room. Room charged excessively high compare to standard if the hotel.
We found bug on the bed. There was stink smell in the room. No proper ventilation for toilet. Toilet ventilation was towards in side the room no room service, no food facility and no parking facility though it was mentioned while taking the booking.

Worst experience, reception was very rude and non cooperative. No help for luggage.
This room was not maintain basic amenities, not recommended and should not be part of MMT.

No person to take care. Rooms were full of cockroaches. Could not store our eatables. Local water filled in branded bottles. Only towel was provided in the name of amenities. Requested not to tie-up with such hotels. Very costly also when inquired from local. It give bad name for MakeMyTrip. Only one positive thing is that owner cooperated in keeping our luggage after check-out time and allowed us for sight seeing.

Budget hotel. Had to book during Christmas rush. It served my purpose. Strangle it allocated only single towel per room and rejected additional towel when requested.

Probably one of the worst hotel ever. Damn filthy, no hot water supply and the staff were arrogant about it almost as if they are doing us a favor by giving us a room. I wouldn't stay there again even.

This place is totally unhygienic and dirty, the mattress were torn and smelly, the room was full of cockroaches, bed had bed bugs and the staff were unresponsive.
