Room Service is very poor we stayed for 3 nights even for a Single day the room was not cleaned moreover when we called for getting the room cleaned reception told currently cleaning staff is not available and they will send after sometime he will come but nobody came, very poor room service

Property is at the prime location, and it is clean and good. But at the reception I felt cold welcome . Attitude of the person at reception was arrogant and not at all pleasant. Restaurant was managed terribly. I had to wait food for one and a half hour at noon. Several guests are seen left without taking food after they had ordered. Complementary breakfast offered by hotel was denied for want of authorization on booking. Lot of arguments had to made showing booking voucher. Anyway it was an unpleasant situation at the time of breakfast. Other staff were cooperative I already submitted my review

Location is on the main road. Not too far from the major attractions. Room is average, sort of okay. The facilities inside the room and other consumables are below average (steel jar water, Medimix soap, clinicplus shampoo, slighly smelly room, old bubbled brown small blanket, stained bathroom).Staff are okay, not great. Vehicle parking is convenient. The other ones just close to the temple are better with this rate.

My experience at Hotel Sun World was far from satisfactory. Key issues faced during my stay: No Proper Parking Facility – There is no dedicated parking. Even if you manage to get a spot, there’s no guarantee it will be available once you step out and return. No Basic Amenities – On the second day, no toiletries were provided, which is unacceptable. Breakfast Issue – Even though I had opted and paid for breakfast, the staff refused to serve it because it was not updated in their system. Unprofessional Behavior – Staff were impolite when I asked for an extra vada. This was particularly offensive and uncomfortable for a lady guest. Overall, very disappointing service. If there was an option to give zero stars, I would have chosen that. Since that’s not possible, I am forced to give 1 star.

AC not working properly ( The reception guy (old person) was not at all friendly or sounded a bit rude, Demanded extra money for extra bed. All the other staff were good

Property is in prime location easy to access beach and ferry point by walk... Rooms are neat & clean and well maintained... Overall stay was good.

We stayed with our family. Rooms very neat and comfortable, children's enjoyed in interconnected rooms. Sofa, bed were neat and comfortable. Room was spacious, ac working, service were good. Towel, soap, shampoo etc. Also provided.

Location is very good, food is avarage, room is avarage but sea facing is good, cleanliness is poor,bathroom was stinky, room service staff are embarrassed and having strange behaviour. Overall it was OK for me but I won't recommend this hotel to anybody

Trouble free stay, room was not ready even after check in time at 4pm, sunrise view from the room is good.

Car parking was a challenge. Bed was hard and was not comfortable. There is no attached restaurant. Not worth the money paid.

Only good part is the location. Rooms are not very well maintained, bathroom was not clean. Food is okay, view was restricted.

Room was stinky smell. Only advantage is it’s near to sea. Very poor hospitality. Hotel is not even bother about their customers.

Hotel location is excellent. Nice hotel, good cleanliness. Food quality is good. Hotel manager is also very cooperative but receptionist need to be more customer oriented and supportive. Some improvement required in services otherwise overall it is nice hotel to stay.

The location is good, no room service, arrogant staff, rooms and washroom was dirty worst experience

Straff is really arrogant, poor service, room was dirty, no proper response, only one point is going which is location not at all recommended for family stay
