Hotel Ocean Heritage

this is not a hotel this is just a lodge.stinking room,electrical fittings coming out,no restaurant.

This was my fourth stay there. Always gives a nice homely feel. The staff is very welcoming and ready to help. Property is very close to the beach, the boating ticket counter and the temple. Hot water, which is of prime concern to my mom, is available round the clock. Only that you need to waste 4-5 buckets of water to start getting it. Otherwise everything will is so good.

Accommodation near Thriveni Samgamam, Sea view only in the top view,Food Minimal item with neat and clean,Hospitality was good, Supportive in Toor guide.

Good hotel with clean rooms, very near to vivekanand memorial. Provided Parking, breakfast was good.

We had a good experience. This is the fourth time we are staying here. Breakfast is superb. Beach and shops are also nearby. You have multiple food options also available nearby.

room was quite crampy , bedsheets were spoiled looks like they have not changed after previous guest stay , washroom was not cleaned someone used it and was not flushed when we occupied.

Location of the hotel is good.Walkable distance to Boat jetty, temple and Gandhi Mandapam.Only complementary breakfast is available in the hotel which was good.Recomment to improve the quality of pillows bedsheets and towels.Hygene and staffs are friendly.

Rooms were very small Breakfast did have much option along with it mismanaged but the kitchen we did not get breakfast on time Bead sheet were smelling

Very decent place to stay.very near to all the sight seeing places and resturants.Very cordial and helpful staff.The breakfast was excellent.The front office staff also always ready to help with a smile.Would recommend this place to visitors.

Stay was pleasant, needs to improve the cleanliness of bed sheet, pillow cover and bath towels provided.

This is very nice place... Near to sea and we experience that feeling.... Calm, comfort, please all are joining here. Easly reaching to experience sun rise, sun set is another good reason.. 👍👍👍👍👍

Location wise it's good. But that's the only good thing. It's a very old building. Blankets, towels, bedsheets everything is old and stained.

The property location is very good and near by boat ferry and sunrise point. The staff was very helpful. But the rooms are not that cleans. The food was average with very limited options.

Breakfast was average. Room was clean. Parking space can be better. Room space was smaller than expected

No restaurant for dinner...Compliment breakfast quality and taste was very average. Basics are missing in room... no kettle

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were very polite and treated me gently. The breakfast was tasty and satisfying. Overall, I enjoyed my experience.

Overall experience was fine. Room was clean and bathroom was just maintained well. Issue is that, we don't get proper hot water in monsoon session. It seems, they are completely dependent on solar heater. Hence had to take shower in luke warm water. Otherwise for the price around 2k - 3k, hotel is just fine or average types

Hotel is close to railway station which is good. On checkin they demanded extra money equals to half of the booking amount for early checkin. Which mean they had the room but they did not care if you came from very far and tired. Whereas other hotels are not like that.
