I recently had the opportunity to stay at this property, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The property is situated in a very convenient location, The dining experience was excellent. The food was freshly prepared,

No restaurant for dinner...Compliment breakfast quality and taste was very average. Basics are missing in room... no kettle

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were very polite and treated me gently. The breakfast was tasty and satisfying. Overall, I enjoyed my experience.

Overall experience was fine. Room was clean and bathroom was just maintained well. Issue is that, we don't get proper hot water in monsoon session. It seems, they are completely dependent on solar heater. Hence had to take shower in luke warm water. Otherwise for the price around 2k - 3k, hotel is just fine or average types

Hotel is close to railway station which is good. On checkin they demanded extra money equals to half of the booking amount for early checkin. Which mean they had the room but they did not care if you came from very far and tired. Whereas other hotels are not like that.

Decent stay and 200-300mts to beach. Worth the price for 4 persons. Also their breakfast is good with multiple options

Early check in and late check out not allowed. Hand to pay Rs2600 for two days' stay in a delux DB room over and above usual room rent of Rs 4000+. Leaking sanitary fittings and seepage of water from split AC were some other issues. Good complimentary breakfast was provided but there were no other food options for lunch and dinner. Overall an average budget hotel for a brief stay.

Poor hospitality at reception counter with senior manager. Bathroom doors and windows not good. Management should know how to speak properly with customers.

Location is excellent as it is closer to the rock memorial and sunrise point. You can view sunrise from the terrace itself. My room was slightly smaller for a double room. They could have arranged basic amenities for drivers. My driver have to sleep in the car only. It would give better day for next day for them to travel.

Service is pathetic as they not allowed early check-in for few hours even thought it’s quite normal train will reach early than expected check in time

Stay was good ,location was excellent front desk staffs’s behaviour Attending a north guest like us was superb. So gentle staff. Enjoyed breakfast seen sunrise from terrace. Was amazing experience. Location is good. Near to beach. Market etc One small suggestion please start restaurant facilities also. Overall we feel homely atmosphere. & certainly we recommend to our friends

Good. Clean and compact room with a good spread of breakfast. The location is in the prime and just a few minutes walk to the ticket counter for boating.

We had booked one double bed room , one 4 bed room for a group of 6+1 child group (all ac as it is summer season). First of all the hotel is walkable distance from Ferry dock to Vivekananda Rock, Kanyakumari temple and Sunrise Point. So we spend little to reach those places. The rooms we had were on the second floor which was easily accessible via lifts thus no problem for my elderly mom as well. The 4 bed room was spacious with a balcony towards the East sea but don't expect much sea view due to some other hotel buildings in front of it. But I think during winter time it will be very nice to have a cup of coffee there during sunrise time. The beds are of big size which can easily accommodate 3 peoples and the bathroom is clean with Towel and Soap. The double bedroom we had booked was also having the same type of bed with enough space having a nice bathroom . The AC was working good on both rooms. No smell or dust in rooms or in the lift ( which was a very plus point for me) The hotel doesn't have an inhouse restaurant working but they provide breakfast if it's included in your booking. The breakfast includes Idily, Dosa, Vada, Vermicelli Upma, with necessary chutney and Sambar etc , Bread and butter. They also provide tea and cofee which was nicely made. The breakfast was perfect and delicious. We all had our stomach and mind fulfilled to brim. We all had a wonderful stay. One negative point: pls bring shampoo as it was not included in bathroom amenities. And you will need it after an evening at Sunset point with salt breeze making your hair fizzy and crazy One tip : Turn the tap to left and let the water go for sometime to have hot water as I assume the hotel use a centralised hot water facility thus the pipe will be having lots of cold water before hot water replace it thus the wastage of water. But you can use it to rinse your hair I did. And don't wake up up in the morning for sunrise unless you want to see clouds during this season .

Wonderful room, mind blowing sunrise view from terrace and tasty breakfast.. The only drawback is the checkout time.. It can be 2 pm just to facilitate tourists..

location was good enough ,very easy for all other needs of a tourist.Did not provide toileteries,dental kit.
