The Gopinivas Grand

Property was old and dirty. Staff was unprofessional. Overall property wasn't worth the money I spent. Even basic amenities of the hotels of this budget were unavailable

except location, everything like cleanliness, hygiene, service amenities were absolutely below average. There are quite a few good hotels nearby. Hence please explore your options carefully.

room was very dirty, cockroch and hairs were there... no towel...bad smell in the rooms... staff behaviour arrogant and I tried with and after that even not find any issue...

The property needs a good quality maintenance. There is no sunlight in the room. Cleanliness is not even at par.

room was not clean with flies. AC was not working when we went inside. Bed was not clean.

Room was fine, but the parking area was poorly managed, and the bathroom facilities for drivers were not clean or well-maintained.

Old property, not clean, no toiletry, breakfast is limited and not good, smelly torn linens with marks.

One of the finest hotels. Quite a good stay and friendly staff. We a family of 10 thoroughly enjoyed the stay @ Hycinth - pretty clean swimming pool, fully operational gym are great value add.

I am a frequent visitor to Kanyakumari and have dined at your restaurant in the past, which left a positive impression. Based on that, I decided to book my stay at your property – unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The room and common areas were reeking of a strong fungus/mold smell, making the stay quite unpleasant. We also noticed constant water seepage throughout the property, even when there was no rainfall, which further highlights the lack of proper maintenance. Cleanliness and overall upkeep were far below acceptable standards. Given these issues, I would not recommend this hotel to others and will certainly not consider staying here again.

it's was nice but lunch was not good, especially Allu parrata there wasn't good and they weren't given gravy

Rooms were in compact size, but were clean. Toilet ventilation is not proper so there is bad smell in toilet, also space is less in toilet. There is no view of city or beach through windows, a wall is being seen through windows, which feels like suffocation. Breakfast food is good but same menu which is okay. In hotel restaurant food is good quality and normal rates. Overall experience is average. Please check hotel rooms once before booking.

Location very good, food also good. Room and bathroom cleanliness is poor. Overall old property not well maintained. Bed sheets, pillo covers, towels etc lacking neatness.
